Name Orientation

Samuel is a biblical name, commonly found as Hebrew, and translated as "God has heard." Biblically, Samuel was a prophet, and he is attributed to anointing Saul as the first king of Israel.
Winchester is usually referred to as an English surname, but soon found its way over to the states in the early colonial period.


Sammy, however, was named after his grandfather Samuel Campbell.

~~~Relationships~~~

Dean ::

Dean is Sam's brother, so naturally, they love each other. Although, they might not always see eye to eye, Sam finds it rather lonely without his sibling there, and without his constant presence, Sam often does things like drink, hook up with demons, and quit hunting all together. It's truly a match made in- well, a very good match, and they work quite well as a team.

Castiel ::

Sam and Cas are civil with each other, while not quite understanding what the other is after. Although Sam likes Cas, he feels a bit awkward when the other is around, but his brother is not. While his brother obviously knows more about Cas then Sam, Cas and Sam have Dean in common, so they remain civil. Sam realizes that Castiel is an asset to their cause, and slowly trying to become friendly, but their relationship still has a long way to go.

Father ::

John Winchester is deceased, which left Sam, for the longest time, in a heavy regret about never reconciling with his father. Although, some time later, he met his father's ghost, and Sam and Dean held a heartfelt moment with him.

Mother ::

Sammy never really got to know much about his mother, because she was killed by Azazel when he was only a Weechester. All he really knows about her is what Dean and his- now deceased- father has told him.

Status ::

Sam has been in and out of relationships, but nothing has really stuck with him. Not only was one of his wifes-to-be, Jessica, killed by the same demon who killed his mother, a demon by the name of Ruby used him to open the portal for Lucifer. He never really has any luck with normal relationships, as they usually always seem to go airy. For now. He's going to keep his distance from getting close to too many others, as things always seem to happen.

~~~Personality~~~

Pre Lucifer ::

Sam was never quite the "little soldier" his brother was. He didn't take orders very well, and always seemed to question his fathers judgment. He always felt a twinge of jealousy over his elder brother and how their father seemed to care more for him- but that didn't mean he didn't care about them. He loved the two of them, and always felt a stinging pain when John told him to never come back.
However, he did what he was told, and kept a mental block between himself and the monsters they hunted. He crooned for the applepie life, and even had his own little piece of it until the past caught up with him. Sam turned a few shades sour that night he went with his brother to find their father. He never really took up hunting, and was quite hesitant at first, but he went along with his brother because of the revenge he felt he needed to seek for Jessica's death.
As time continued, Sam formed a bond with Dean, and he loved his brother as if all those years apart had never happened. Sure, the two brothers butt heads, but even in the worst of situations, Sam had Dean's back just as he knew his brother had his.

Post Lucifer ::

Over time, Sam has become much more accepting of his hunter life. Sure he misses the "applepie" life that he used to have, and although sometimes he will still think back to it, he knows deep down that he could never let go of his brother for that kind of life style. Due to the problems they have faced in their lives, since Jessica's murder Sam has not had a home for more than a year at a time, at the maximum. Hunting often forces him to stay in cheap motel rooms, which he and his brother will stay in for a few days before moving on. So now he is detached from the very concept of "home" and will refuse to settle, as eventually all good things come to an end.
His time with Lucifer, and his time in Hell, has left an imprint on Sam's mind, making him slightly paranoid. He is often seen looking over his shoulder, and questioning the very concept of what is real. He goes through 'episodes' of paranoia, where the concept of reality doesn't seem to be all that 'real' to him. Lucifer tortured Sam from the inside out, and sometimes that still comes back to haunt him.
Even before Hell, Sam looked to his brother, Dean, for more then he knew, and knows he could never truly get along without him. Often times, he even gets a little jealous of Dean, because his brother trusts others sometimes more then his own brother. Others like Cas and Benny. Although Sam now understands that his brother truly did what he needed to do.
However, despite not being the tough-nut that his brother is, Sam has grown into his role of monster-hunter, and takes the job with a grain of salt (Pun very much I tended). Although he has become a bit serious about the world and the things in it, he is still the same Sam underneath the battle-scarred shell.

~~~History~~~

When Sam was only six months old, his mother, Mary, was killed by a demon by the name of the Yellow-eyed Demon, Azazel. If it wasn't for his father, John, saving him by handing him off to his older brother, Dean, who took him outside, then he would have been incinerated along with his mother.
From there, never really remembering the incident, he was moved from town to town every so often. His father was a hunter- but not any normal quarry. He hunted supernatural beings- which included an endless search for his mothers demonic murderer. Although, the young Sam never quite understood. All he knew is what he was told, and what he was told was that his mother had died in a car accident, and that his father was just an innocent sales man. Dean was the one to reveal the truth to his sibling: They were hunters. Supernatural hunters.
Around the age of twelve, San began hunting with his brother and father. He still had the yearn to live a normal life, and at nineteen he took action. He left his father, and the "family Business," for the halls of Stanford university.
At the age of 22 and four years into Stanford, he applied for law school and had a girlfriend by the name of Jessica whom he planned to marry. However, one night, Dean brings news to Sam that their father had gone missing. Sam joined his brother in attempting to finding their father, but after an adventure, it was in vein. Sam returns to Stanford, but witnesses his dear Jessica's death- strangely exactly the same way as his mother.
This, then, sparks Sam's need to find and kill the demon who had done this. It unites Sam and Dean for a common goal to find their father, and hunt this demon, which they eventually find had temporarily possessed their father. Sam and Dean tried to figure out a way to free their father, but Dean sustains a few wounds, which forced Sam to shoot his father in the leg, and the demon escaped.



They quickly get a wounded Dean, and a shot father to a hospital in Nashville, where Sammy and John escaped with minor injuries- however, Dean was on the brink of death. Sam felt the urge to help, but watched as his father traded his soul and a Colt in return for Dean's life. This lead Sam, and Dean, to mourn. Sam, however, felt a great deal of remorse, sense he was never able to reconcile with his father before John's demise.
Sam began hunting the demons more actively, and searching for other psychic's like himself- although he soon came to find out that Azazel was planning to turn Sam evil, and his brother would have to save him, or kill him. Sam was angry at his deceased father, and his older brother when he found this out, but it only sparked more of a drive to save others in the hope that it would change his own fate.
Sadly, it did not for Sam was transported to an abandoned town with several others who were deemed as Azazel's chosen children. He soon learned that the others were to kill each other off, and the winner would become the leader of a demon army as the Antichrist. He soon also found out that the death of Jessica was all planned, and Azazel knew that with her death, Sam would return to hunting.
Sam tried desperately to protect all the others, but fights quickly sprang up and they all began picking each other off one by one until there were only two left- Sam and a boy by the name of Jake. Sam tried to keep the situation calm, but Jake stabbed Sam, and Sam soon found himself in Deans arms, where everything went black.
Everything was swimming in black until he awoke, and with Deans help. He went to track down Jake. He found Bobby and Ellen, two fellow hunters, on the way and with their help, they track down Jake, but unable to stop him from opening a gateway to Hell. Sam, however, was able to subdue Jake, then he killed him in cold blood, then Sam and Dean were faced with fighting Azazel. Sammy watched as Dean struck the killing blow. Soon after, Sam learnd that he had died, and that Dean gave his soul to bring Sammy back. After that moment, Sam swore to Dean that he would save him, no matter the cost.

Sam slowly becames more ruthless as he hunts to save Dean, although he secretly prepared himself to face a world full of demons, had he failed. However, he soon meets a demon by the name of Ruby, who slowly gained his trust. She would do things like save the brothers, and telling Sam that she could save Dean from Hell. She even helped them fix the Colt. Ruby also revels to Sam that a demon named Lilith had taken his position, and was leading the Demon army at Sam's refusal. Not only that, but Lilith planned to kill Sam, and held the deed to Dean's soul.
Sam then plans to attack Lilith using the Demon blade to retrieve Dean's soul. However, Lilith revealed to have Ruby's human host, and she incapacitated Sam, and he was forced to watch as his brother was torn apart by Hellhounds. She then turned to Sam- but her ungodly power had no effect on him, and she fled. Sam found tears welling up in his eyes as he looked over Dean's mutilated corpse.



Sam was in despair after Dean's death, and tried to make a deal with various crossroad demons, but none would a deal with him. He resorted to drinking, and acted recklessly, until Ruby made contact with him- as she was now the host of a woman who was in a coma, and who's soul had already fled- and began to teach him how to use his demon-given powers. Sam developed a romantic relationship with her, and slowly began to move on from his brother's death. With Ruby, he began to hunt once more, and used his newfound powers to exorcise demons.
Sam was very overwhelmed with his brother returned from Hell- but the two began fighting once more. Especially when Castiel, the angel who helped Dean escape, tells Dean about Sam's powers and usage. Dean became very worried about his brother, and attempted to get him to stop using his powers, and break up with Ruby- this soon lead to a small fallout between the two.
It didn't last very long, and Sam was ecstatic to find that angels were willing to help them in their quest, and was misinformed with Castiel finally shows himself, and another angel, Uriel. He was surprised to see the angels destroy an entire town, and that Uriel was disgusted by Sam, and threatened to destroy him as soon as the Sam no longer held a purpose. Sam promised Dean that he would no longer use his powers- but he is forced to break the promise when he is needed to prevent the Apocalypse.
Sam found that as he drank demon blood, his powers became stronger- yet he became colder. They made him into something he never wanted to be, but he became addicted to it. Be blatantly lies to his brother- but was found out when he tortured the demon, Alastair, to the point of giving information Dean could not get out of him. Eventually, Sam ends up killing the demon with no remorse.
Sam had quickly become addicted to demon blood, and hadn't seen Ruby in a while, and hadn't had much demon blood aside from depleting the rest of his supply. He was unable to exorcise even the simplest of demons, and Dean could easily tell that Sam was abusing the substance like a drug, and Dean requests the help of Bobby. Together, they locked Sam in Bobby's panic room, forcing him to Detox very painfully. Sam hallucinated while detoxing, and he thinks he is being tortured by Alastair and then he sees himself as a fourteen year old. He also thinks that Dean is taunting him and calling him a monster.
After the detox, Castiel freed him under orders by the angels, and Sam immediately went out to find Ruby, and learns that he must drink more blood in order to have the strength to kill Lilith.
Dean soon found then, and attempts to kill Ruby, but Sam intervened. Dean told Sam that he was turning to a monster during an argument, and Sam soon found himself strangling his brother. He let him go, and turned to leave, just as Dean echoed their fathers words. "If you leave," he said. "Then don't ever come back."
Sam felt guilty after leaving his brother, but it was pushed to the back of his mind when he found the location of Lilith. Once they found her, Sam attempted to kill her while Ruby held the doors closed, keeping Dean from interrupting. Sam hesitated for a moment, but finished her off, and fulfilled his true destiny as the special child.
With Lilith's death, the final seal breaks, and a portal to allow Lucifer to escape his cage is opened. This is when Ruby revealed that she was leading Sammy along the entire time, just so he could break the seal. With Sam's help, Dean destroyed her with the demon blade- her own knife.



As the portal for Lucifer opened, Sam and Dean were teleported to an airplane by an unknown force. Sam lost his demon powers, because the force that transported them took them away.
Dean felt he could no longer trust Sam, due to Sam choosing a demon over his own brother. Sam tried desperately to redeem himself by trying to stop the devil’s plans, but he soon found that he was too dangerous to hunt, and so him and Dean parted ways.
Sam soon attempted to re-live normal life, but Lucifer contacted him in his dreams in the form of Jessica. It was revealed to Sam that he is Lucifer's true vessel, and that his brother was Michael's.
Sam reunited with Dean shortly after this, and Sam did his best to rebuild his relationship with his brother, although the brother’s were no longer as close as they once were and found it hard to reconnect. Sam feared Dean would agree to become Michael's vessel, however his faith in his brother pulled him back to find another solution.
Sam learns of a plan that, if he finds and secure the rings of the Four Horseman, they can open up Lucifer's cage, and send him back to Hell. Sam heavily considered allowing Lucifer to use him as a vessel.
With Dean's help, Sam is able to retrieve the four rings, and Bobby and Dean decided to go with Sam's plan.
Sammy finally said yes to Lucifer, and Lucifer began his rule with a series of natural disasters. He agreed to meet Michael- who was using their half brother, Adam, as a vessel- on the battle field, Sam opens up Lucifer's cage, and throws Adam, Michael, Lucifer, and himself into it.
Sam, Unknown to why, is brought back by an unseen force, and he spent a year hunting with his mothers side of the family, and his grandfather, Samuel who had been brought back from the dead with him.

On his return, Sammy never quite felt right. He was void of emotion- or indifferent. He allowed things to happen like using a baby as bait, or even letting Dean become a vampire. But, for a long while, everything is black. He cannot remember anything past the jump.
It took his brother, Dean, to entice Death into bringing back Sam's soul. However, knowing that the memories of hell could destroy Sam, he built a memory block, however, when Cas attempted to enter Purgatory, the wall was brought down, and Sam was sent into a spiraling series of spasms and convulsions when he remembers some of the torment his soul experienced in hell. Once he re-woke, he attempted to patch together the memories of his shattered soul, along with when he was soulless, and the memories of Lucifer's cage. Internally, Sam was forced to wrestle with himself and recoup, and slowly wake from his own mind.
Apon waking, he try's to seek out Dean and Bobby, and when he finds them, they are in the aftermath of a Purgatory opening ritual that Cas had preformed. Sam soon learned that the angel had killed Raphael- an archangel who was battling for rule over heaven- and was not willing to give up the power he had gained from them. Cas told them that he was a new God. A better God. And that they should bow down to him.



After his unsuccessful attempt to kill Castiel, Sam's condition began to deteriorate. Sam began to experience hallucinations of Lucifer, and Sam's time in hell. Even Dean was giving into despair! It seemed the only way to reopen Purgatory was by Death. Sam noticed that Cas's actions became erratic, and so Sam prayed to him in a hope to end it before it is too late. Castiel responded, and they headed over to Crowley's lab to reopen Purgatory. Sam went after the jar of blood they needed, but is stopped by Lucifer.
After a time, Sam admitted to Dean that he was seeing the Devil, who told him that he is still in Hell, being tormented. His hallucination tried to convince him that killing himself is the only solution. Sam is tricked into going alone to an empty warehouse. Dean found him, and convinced him that he is back on Earth by helping him see the difference between real physical pain and pain in Hell. As his mental state becames worse, Sam foregoes sleep to stop his visions, but was sent to an asylum when he was hit by a car while running away from Lucifer. While trying to find a healer who may be able to repair Sam, Dean encounterd an amnesiatic Castiel, who, when restored to his full powers, sacrificed himself by taking Sam's mental damage.
Sam had felt very guilty after this, but he was initially happy Bobby's ghost, who had been shot in the head, was there helping them. However, he changed his mind after finding that Bobby showed signs of becoming a vengeful spirit. During the final battle at Sucrocorp-against the Leviathans that Castiel had released from Purgatory when he returned the souls- Sam rescued Kevin Tran, a Prophet who can read the Word of God, and was absolutely horrified to hear of Dick Roman's plan to kill all the skinny people in the world through poison in their coffee creamers. Then Sam, Cas, and Dean entered the leviathan headquarters, and Cas and Dean managed to find and stab Dick. There was a strange explosion of black ooze, and Sam was left alone in the laboratory, with no sign of his brother or the angel.

A whole year passed before Sam saw his brother again. He refused to hunt because he thought that his brother had been killed during Dick's explosion. He even slowly formed back into an applepie life by getting together with a woman named Amelia- whom he had met after he hit and adopted a dog. Sam was in love. He even bought a house with her in Texas- however, the relationship came to a close when her husband, Don, was found to actually be alive.
For the lines test time, Sam was torn. He didn't know what to do. But, he eventually let her go so she could have the opportunity to connect with her husband.
After a time, Sam ran into Dean, and was amazed to find that his brother was actually alive! He had only been trapped in Purgatory!
Sam doesn't know much about what happened to Dean in Purgatory. But now that his brother is back, he has decided to pick up hunting once more at the side of his best friend- Dean

~~~Sammy fun facts~~~

Sams scared of clowns

This has come back to haunt sam on more than one occasion, although the job was still done with the help of his brother. Despite his lack of encouragement on these endevors, Sammy knew that without Dean, it never could have been done.

After Sam was possessed, he was given a protecting charm from Bobby.

Sam had been posessed by the same demon who had possessed Ruby/Meg, and after a long few weeks of killing amd terror, Sam found his way to Bobby. Bobby knew right away what Sam was, and gave him a drink of Holy Water in the form of a beer. This caused Sam to faint, and when he woke, Dean and Bobby were ready to preform an exorcism. When the exorcism ended in failure, it lead Bobby to realize that the demon had locked himself in Sam, and he took a hot iron rod and burned the lock off Sam's skin

Sam was an accidental baby.

Mary never knew she was pregnant until she started having strange dreams at night of a pearl bracelet that shined as bright as the morning sun.

Sam didn't learn to read until after the first grade.

Once he was 8, he read a passage, and realized he wasn't just parroting the words, but actually reading. This prompted him to pick up a motel bible and just start reading.

Sam didnt really have many friends growing up, or even in his first two years of collage.

He met his first friend in a Politics class- although he would have laughed if you'd have told him. He met Jessica in a debate while they were butting heads about the Middle East. It ended rather badly, but turned up six months later when he came to apologies.

Sam was given a .45. At the age of 9

Of course! Rping is a hobby of mine, and I truly enjoy how easy Skype makes it. I am a Semi-Lit to Lit player, and I often mirror the other's posts. It's very easy for me to type 3+ paragraphs. So a paragraph on a Skype would be quite easy for me to keep up with :3

Will you be active with Sam ::

I will try with every fiber of my being to give Sammy the love and care he deserves. I would often produce art for him, rp him with you guys, and possibly even find him a love interest after carefully weighing the options. He would never go hungry or lonely, and I highly doubt I could ever actually give him away.

Why do you want him ::

The Kia is beautiful and unique, yes, but my love goes deeper than pure looks. Sam was my first interest in Supernatural, and still is as I make my trek through the series. He never disappoints, and even if he gets in trouble, he is there for Dean and those who need him, and try's his best in all he does.
Sam, himself, is a gem of a person. One with integrity and resounding determination. I do not take him lightly, as he is capable of so much- not just in his gifted abilities, but in his person as a whole.
He is my favored of the Winchesters (Sorry Dean </3) and with each episode I watch, I fall more in love with him! His character is so deep, and in a show about hunting demons, ghosts, and monsters, it brings me joy to see a character who is torn between killing monstrosities, and protecting what little broken family he has left. I love him, I feel his pain, I miss his father, and I connect with him as a character and his kia rendition better than most of the kias I've tried out for before.

~~~Art~~~

Items

Sam has three items.
One being his super awesome and epic Demon Blade that was given to him by Ruby (see Relationship>Status). It has a sterling silver blade, a hilt made out of a deer antler, and a treated leather sheath.
Another is his plaid bandana he wraps around his front right arm. With it, he holds the Demon Blade and it's sheath close to him.
The last, and only optional item, is his Rock Salt Necklace. He keeps it on him to rebuke spirits, and it allows him to easily make a protection circle- which is usually not for himself, but for others. He also keeps it handy for those pesky bones that just need torching when no rock salt is around.

Samuel is a biblical name, commonly found as Hebrew, and translated as "God has heard." Biblically, Samuel was a prophet, and he is attributed to anointing Saul as the first king of Israel.
Winchester is usually referred to as an English surname, but soon found its way over to the states in the early colonial period.


Sammy, however, was named after his grandfather Samuel Campbell.

~~~Relationships~~~

Dean ::

Dean is Sam's brother, so naturally, they love each other. Although, they might not always see eye to eye, Sam finds it rather lonely without his sibling there, and without his constant presence, Sam often does things like drink, hook up with demons, and quit hunting all together. It's truly a match made in- well, a very good match, and they work quite well as a team.

Castiel ::

Sam and Cas are civil with each other, while not quite understanding what the other is after. Although Sam likes Cas, he feels a bit awkward when the other is around, but his brother is not. While his brother obviously knows more about Cas then Sam, Cas and Sam have Dean in common, so they remain civil. Sam realizes that Castiel is an asset to their cause, and slowly trying to become friendly, but their relationship still has a long way to go.

Father ::

John Winchester is deceased, which left Sam, for the longest time, in a heavy regret about never reconciling with his father. Although, some time later, he met his father's ghost, and Sam and Dean held a heartfelt moment with him.

Mother ::

Sammy never really got to know much about his mother, because she was killed by Azazel when he was only a Weechester. All he really knows about her is what Dean and his- now deceased- father has told him.

Status ::

Sam has been in and out of relationships, but nothing has really stuck with him. Not only was one of his wifes-to-be, Jessica, killed by the same demon who killed his mother, a demon by the name of Ruby used him to open the portal for Lucifer. He never really has any luck with normal relationships, as they usually always seem to go airy. For now. He's going to keep his distance from getting close to too many others, as things always seem to happen.

~~~Personality~~~

Pre Lucifer ::

Sam was never quite the "little soldier" his brother was. He didn't take orders very well, and always seemed to question his fathers judgment. He always felt a twinge of jealousy over his elder brother and how their father seemed to care more for him- but that didn't mean he didn't care about them. He loved the two of them, and always felt a stinging pain when John told him to never come back.
However, he did what he was told, and kept a mental block between himself and the monsters they hunted. He crooned for the applepie life, and even had his own little piece of it until the past caught up with him. Sam turned a few shades sour that night he went with his brother to find their father. He never really took up hunting, and was quite hesitant at first, but he went along with his brother because of the revenge he felt he needed to seek for Jessica's death.
As time continued, Sam formed a bond with Dean, and he loved his brother as if all those years apart had never happened. Sure, the two brothers butt heads, but even in the worst of situations, Sam had Dean's back just as he knew his brother had his.

Post Lucifer ::

Over time, Sam has become much more accepting of his hunter life. Sure he misses the "applepie" life that he used to have, and although sometimes he will still think back to it, he knows deep down that he could never let go of his brother for that kind of life style. Due to the problems they have faced in their lives, since Jessica's murder Sam has not had a home for more than a year at a time, at the maximum. Hunting often forces him to stay in cheap motel rooms, which he and his brother will stay in for a few days before moving on. So now he is detached from the very concept of "home" and will refuse to settle, as eventually all good things come to an end.
His time with Lucifer, and his time in Hell, has left an imprint on Sam's mind, making him slightly paranoid. He is often seen looking over his shoulder, and questioning the very concept of what is real. He goes through 'episodes' of paranoia, where the concept of reality doesn't seem to be all that 'real' to him. Lucifer tortured Sam from the inside out, and sometimes that still comes back to haunt him.
Even before Hell, Sam looked to his brother, Dean, for more then he knew, and knows he could never truly get along without him. Often times, he even gets a little jealous of Dean, because his brother trusts others sometimes more then his own brother. Others like Cas and Benny. Although Sam now understands that his brother truly did what he needed to do.
However, despite not being the tough-nut that his brother is, Sam has grown into his role of monster-hunter, and takes the job with a grain of salt (Pun very much I tended). Although he has become a bit serious about the world and the things in it, he is still the same Sam underneath the battle-scarred shell.

~~~History~~~

When Sam was only six months old, his mother, Mary, was killed by a demon by the name of the Yellow-eyed Demon, Azazel. If it wasn't for his father, John, saving him by handing him off to his older brother, Dean, who took him outside, then he would have been incinerated along with his mother.
From there, never really remembering the incident, he was moved from town to town every so often. His father was a hunter- but not any normal quarry. He hunted supernatural beings- which included an endless search for his mothers demonic murderer. Although, the young Sam never quite understood. All he knew is what he was told, and what he was told was that his mother had died in a car accident, and that his father was just an innocent sales man. Dean was the one to reveal the truth to his sibling: They were hunters. Supernatural hunters.
Around the age of twelve, San began hunting with his brother and father. He still had the yearn to live a normal life, and at nineteen he took action. He left his father, and the "family Business," for the halls of Stanford university.
At the age of 22 and four years into Stanford, he applied for law school and had a girlfriend by the name of Jessica whom he planned to marry. However, one night, Dean brings news to Sam that their father had gone missing. Sam joined his brother in attempting to finding their father, but after an adventure, it was in vein. Sam returns to Stanford, but witnesses his dear Jessica's death- strangely exactly the same way as his mother.
This, then, sparks Sam's need to find and kill the demon who had done this. It unites Sam and Dean for a common goal to find their father, and hunt this demon, which they eventually find had temporarily possessed their father. Sam and Dean tried to figure out a way to free their father, but Dean sustains a few wounds, which forced Sam to shoot his father in the leg, and the demon escaped.



They quickly get a wounded Dean, and a shot father to a hospital in Nashville, where Sammy and John escaped with minor injuries- however, Dean was on the brink of death. Sam felt the urge to help, but watched as his father traded his soul and a Colt in return for Dean's life. This lead Sam, and Dean, to mourn. Sam, however, felt a great deal of remorse, sense he was never able to reconcile with his father before John's demise.
Sam began hunting the demons more actively, and searching for other psychic's like himself- although he soon came to find out that Azazel was planning to turn Sam evil, and his brother would have to save him, or kill him. Sam was angry at his deceased father, and his older brother when he found this out, but it only sparked more of a drive to save others in the hope that it would change his own fate.
Sadly, it did not for Sam was transported to an abandoned town with several others who were deemed as Azazel's chosen children. He soon learned that the others were to kill each other off, and the winner would become the leader of a demon army as the Antichrist. He soon also found out that the death of Jessica was all planned, and Azazel knew that with her death, Sam would return to hunting.
Sam tried desperately to protect all the others, but fights quickly sprang up and they all began picking each other off one by one until there were only two left- Sam and a boy by the name of Jake. Sam tried to keep the situation calm, but Jake stabbed Sam, and Sam soon found himself in Deans arms, where everything went black.
Everything was swimming in black until he awoke, and with Deans help. He went to track down Jake. He found Bobby and Ellen, two fellow hunters, on the way and with their help, they track down Jake, but unable to stop him from opening a gateway to Hell. Sam, however, was able to subdue Jake, then he killed him in cold blood, then Sam and Dean were faced with fighting Azazel. Sammy watched as Dean struck the killing blow. Soon after, Sam learnd that he had died, and that Dean gave his soul to bring Sammy back. After that moment, Sam swore to Dean that he would save him, no matter the cost.

Sam slowly becames more ruthless as he hunts to save Dean, although he secretly prepared himself to face a world full of demons, had he failed. However, he soon meets a demon by the name of Ruby, who slowly gained his trust. She would do things like save the brothers, and telling Sam that she could save Dean from Hell. She even helped them fix the Colt. Ruby also revels to Sam that a demon named Lilith had taken his position, and was leading the Demon army at Sam's refusal. Not only that, but Lilith planned to kill Sam, and held the deed to Dean's soul.
Sam then plans to attack Lilith using the Demon blade to retrieve Dean's soul. However, Lilith revealed to have Ruby's human host, and she incapacitated Sam, and he was forced to watch as his brother was torn apart by Hellhounds. She then turned to Sam- but her ungodly power had no effect on him, and she fled. Sam found tears welling up in his eyes as he looked over Dean's mutilated corpse.



Sam was in despair after Dean's death, and tried to make a deal with various crossroad demons, but none would a deal with him. He resorted to drinking, and acted recklessly, until Ruby made contact with him- as she was now the host of a woman who was in a coma, and who's soul had already fled- and began to teach him how to use his demon-given powers. Sam developed a romantic relationship with her, and slowly began to move on from his brother's death. With Ruby, he began to hunt once more, and used his newfound powers to exorcise demons.
Sam was very overwhelmed with his brother returned from Hell- but the two began fighting once more. Especially when Castiel, the angel who helped Dean escape, tells Dean about Sam's powers and usage. Dean became very worried about his brother, and attempted to get him to stop using his powers, and break up with Ruby- this soon lead to a small fallout between the two.
It didn't last very long, and Sam was ecstatic to find that angels were willing to help them in their quest, and was misinformed with Castiel finally shows himself, and another angel, Uriel. He was surprised to see the angels destroy an entire town, and that Uriel was disgusted by Sam, and threatened to destroy him as soon as the Sam no longer held a purpose. Sam promised Dean that he would no longer use his powers- but he is forced to break the promise when he is needed to prevent the Apocalypse.
Sam found that as he drank demon blood, his powers became stronger- yet he became colder. They made him into something he never wanted to be, but he became addicted to it. Be blatantly lies to his brother- but was found out when he tortured the demon, Alastair, to the point of giving information Dean could not get out of him. Eventually, Sam ends up killing the demon with no remorse.
Sam had quickly become addicted to demon blood, and hadn't seen Ruby in a while, and hadn't had much demon blood aside from depleting the rest of his supply. He was unable to exorcise even the simplest of demons, and Dean could easily tell that Sam was abusing the substance like a drug, and Dean requests the help of Bobby. Together, they locked Sam in Bobby's panic room, forcing him to Detox very painfully. Sam hallucinated while detoxing, and he thinks he is being tortured by Alastair and then he sees himself as a fourteen year old. He also thinks that Dean is taunting him and calling him a monster.
After the detox, Castiel freed him under orders by the angels, and Sam immediately went out to find Ruby, and learns that he must drink more blood in order to have the strength to kill Lilith.
Dean soon found then, and attempts to kill Ruby, but Sam intervened. Dean told Sam that he was turning to a monster during an argument, and Sam soon found himself strangling his brother. He let him go, and turned to leave, just as Dean echoed their fathers words. "If you leave," he said. "Then don't ever come back."
Sam felt guilty after leaving his brother, but it was pushed to the back of his mind when he found the location of Lilith. Once they found her, Sam attempted to kill her while Ruby held the doors closed, keeping Dean from interrupting. Sam hesitated for a moment, but finished her off, and fulfilled his true destiny as the special child.
With Lilith's death, the final seal breaks, and a portal to allow Lucifer to escape his cage is opened. This is when Ruby revealed that she was leading Sammy along the entire time, just so he could break the seal. With Sam's help, Dean destroyed her with the demon blade- her own knife.



As the portal for Lucifer opened, Sam and Dean were teleported to an airplane by an unknown force. Sam lost his demon powers, because the force that transported them took them away.
Dean felt he could no longer trust Sam, due to Sam choosing a demon over his own brother. Sam tried desperately to redeem himself by trying to stop the devil’s plans, but he soon found that he was too dangerous to hunt, and so him and Dean parted ways.
Sam soon attempted to re-live normal life, but Lucifer contacted him in his dreams in the form of Jessica. It was revealed to Sam that he is Lucifer's true vessel, and that his brother was Michael's.
Sam reunited with Dean shortly after this, and Sam did his best to rebuild his relationship with his brother, although the brother’s were no longer as close as they once were and found it hard to reconnect. Sam feared Dean would agree to become Michael's vessel, however his faith in his brother pulled him back to find another solution.
Sam learns of a plan that, if he finds and secure the rings of the Four Horseman, they can open up Lucifer's cage, and send him back to Hell. Sam heavily considered allowing Lucifer to use him as a vessel.
With Dean's help, Sam is able to retrieve the four rings, and Bobby and Dean decided to go with Sam's plan.
Sammy finally said yes to Lucifer, and Lucifer began his rule with a series of natural disasters. He agreed to meet Michael- who was using their half brother, Adam, as a vessel- on the battle field, Sam opens up Lucifer's cage, and throws Adam, Michael, Lucifer, and himself into it.
Sam, Unknown to why, is brought back by an unseen force, and he spent a year hunting with his mothers side of the family, and his grandfather, Samuel who had been brought back from the dead with him.

On his return, Sammy never quite felt right. He was void of emotion- or indifferent. He allowed things to happen like using a baby as bait, or even letting Dean become a vampire. But, for a long while, everything is black. He cannot remember anything past the jump.
It took his brother, Dean, to entice Death into bringing back Sam's soul. However, knowing that the memories of hell could destroy Sam, he built a memory block, however, when Cas attempted to enter Purgatory, the wall was brought down, and Sam was sent into a spiraling series of spasms and convulsions when he remembers some of the torment his soul experienced in hell. Once he re-woke, he attempted to patch together the memories of his shattered soul, along with when he was soulless, and the memories of Lucifer's cage. Internally, Sam was forced to wrestle with himself and recoup, and slowly wake from his own mind.
Apon waking, he try's to seek out Dean and Bobby, and when he finds them, they are in the aftermath of a Purgatory opening ritual that Cas had preformed. Sam soon learned that the angel had killed Raphael- an archangel who was battling for rule over heaven- and was not willing to give up the power he had gained from them. Cas told them that he was a new God. A better God. And that they should bow down to him.



After his unsuccessful attempt to kill Castiel, Sam's condition began to deteriorate. Sam began to experience hallucinations of Lucifer, and Sam's time in hell. Even Dean was giving into despair! It seemed the only way to reopen Purgatory was by Death. Sam noticed that Cas's actions became erratic, and so Sam prayed to him in a hope to end it before it is too late. Castiel responded, and they headed over to Crowley's lab to reopen Purgatory. Sam went after the jar of blood they needed, but is stopped by Lucifer.
After a time, Sam admitted to Dean that he was seeing the Devil, who told him that he is still in Hell, being tormented. His hallucination tried to convince him that killing himself is the only solution. Sam is tricked into going alone to an empty warehouse. Dean found him, and convinced him that he is back on Earth by helping him see the difference between real physical pain and pain in Hell. As his mental state becames worse, Sam foregoes sleep to stop his visions, but was sent to an asylum when he was hit by a car while running away from Lucifer. While trying to find a healer who may be able to repair Sam, Dean encounterd an amnesiatic Castiel, who, when restored to his full powers, sacrificed himself by taking Sam's mental damage.
Sam had felt very guilty after this, but he was initially happy Bobby's ghost, who had been shot in the head, was there helping them. However, he changed his mind after finding that Bobby showed signs of becoming a vengeful spirit. During the final battle at Sucrocorp-against the Leviathans that Castiel had released from Purgatory when he returned the souls- Sam rescued Kevin Tran, a Prophet who can read the Word of God, and was absolutely horrified to hear of Dick Roman's plan to kill all the skinny people in the world through poison in their coffee creamers. Then Sam, Cas, and Dean entered the leviathan headquarters, and Cas and Dean managed to find and stab Dick. There was a strange explosion of black ooze, and Sam was left alone in the laboratory, with no sign of his brother or the angel.

A whole year passed before Sam saw his brother again. He refused to hunt because he thought that his brother had been killed during Dick's explosion. He even slowly formed back into an applepie life by getting together with a woman named Amelia- whom he had met after he hit and adopted a dog. Sam was in love. He even bought a house with her in Texas- however, the relationship came to a close when her husband, Don, was found to actually be alive.
For the lines test time, Sam was torn. He didn't know what to do. But, he eventually let her go so she could have the opportunity to connect with her husband.
After a time, Sam ran into Dean, and was amazed to find that his brother was actually alive! He had only been trapped in Purgatory!
Sam doesn't know much about what happened to Dean in Purgatory. But now that his brother is back, he has decided to pick up hunting once more at the side of his best friend- Dean

Sams scared of clowns

This has come back to haunt sam on more than one occasion, although the job was still done with the help of his brother. Despite his lack of encouragement on these endevors, Sammy knew that without Dean, it never could have been done.

After Sam was possessed, he was given a protecting charm from Bobby.

Sam had been posessed by the same demon who had possessed Ruby/Meg, and after a long few weeks of killing amd terror, Sam found his way to Bobby. Bobby knew right away what Sam was, and gave him a drink of Holy Water in the form of a beer. This caused Sam to faint, and when he woke, Dean and Bobby were ready to preform an exorcism. When the exorcism ended in failure, it lead Bobby to realize that the demon had locked himself in Sam, and he took a hot iron rod and burned the lock off Sam's skin

Sam was an accidental baby.

Mary never knew she was pregnant until she started having strange dreams at night of a pearl bracelet that shined as bright as the morning sun.

Sam didn't learn to read until after the first grade.

Once he was 8, he read a passage, and realized he wasn't just parroting the words, but actually reading. This prompted him to pick up a motel bible and just start reading.

Sam didnt really have many friends growing up, or even in his first two years of collage.

He met his first friend in a Politics class- although he would have laughed if you'd have told him. He met Jessica in a debate while they were butting heads about the Middle East. It ended rather badly, but turned up six months later when he came to apologies.

Sam was given a .45. At the age of 9

Of course! Rping is a hobby of mine, and I truly enjoy how easy Skype makes it. I am a Semi-Lit to Lit player, and I often mirror the other's posts. It's very easy for me to type 3+ paragraphs. So a paragraph on a Skype would be quite easy for me to keep up with :3

Will you be active with Sam ::

I will try with every fiber of my being to give Sammy the love and care he deserves. I would often produce art for him, rp him with you guys, and possibly even find him a love interest after carefully weighing the options. He would never go hungry or lonely, and I highly doubt I could ever actually give him away.

Why do you want him ::

The Kia is beautiful and unique, yes, but my love goes deeper than pure looks. Sam was my first interest in Supernatural, and still is as I make my trek through the series. He never disappoints, and even if he gets in trouble, he is there for Dean and those who need him, and try's his best in all he does.
Sam, himself, is a gem of a person. One with integrity and resounding determination. I do not take him lightly, as he is capable of so much- not just in his gifted abilities, but in his person as a whole.
He is my favored of the Winchesters (Sorry Dean </3) and with each episode I watch, I fall more in love with him! His character is so deep, and in a show about hunting demons, ghosts, and monsters, it brings me joy to see a character who is torn between killing monstrosities, and protecting what little broken family he has left. I love him, I feel his pain, I miss his father, and I connect with him as a character and his kia rendition better than most of the kias I've tried out for before.

~~~Art~~~

Items

Sam has three items.
One being his super awesome and epic Demon Blade that was given to him by Ruby (see Relationship>Status). It has a sterling silver blade, a hilt made out of a deer antler, and a treated leather sheath.
Another is his plaid bandana he wraps around his front right arm. With it, he holds the Demon Blade and it's sheath close to him.
The last, and only optional item, is his Rock Salt Necklace. He keeps it on him to rebuke spirits, and it allows him to easily make a protection circle- which is usually not for himself, but for others. He also keeps it handy for those pesky bones that just need torching when no rock salt is around.
