As the nights grow colder and the days grows shorter. There are those who say the supernatural start to come out. No it s October and it is time for those spooks to come out. Look over there! No... laughs mysteriously that is no ghost horse. That is just one of horses in its costume!

Welcome everyone to what I believe is our first ever Halloween Costume Event! The horses in this event will either be in costume or there will be washable paint put on them. There will be a color-in version to show you what the horse looks like of course. There will be tack and other line edits to go along with these Halloween designs. Not all of them will have them so keep your eye out for them. There will be a mini event two days before Halloween Day, that will have one horse from each artist that joins me on this without a costume. There will b a certain amount of slots for those who want to enter. Once the slots are filled for each horse everyone listed in those slots will be added. The users added will have their chance to create a costume for that horse. Judging will be done on Halloween Day. A winner will be chosen and the person gets to keep the horse. Runner-ups will get a free custom design of the artist's choice. Have fun everyone! I have also got the go ahead to allow free customs to be made for these guys so that you can have an artist create your special costume or paint on a horse. These horses will also have what the horse really looks like in color-in. Please post the forms only here and not on the rest of the thread. Also please be patient on waiting for your customs. First you have to wait for an artist who thinks they will be able to do it. Then it takes time to create the custom. Depending on the costume it may take a while. Thank you for your consideration.
