mutato's name: paisley.
reason: the pattern of paisleys is colorful and random, just as the mutato is. it was the first thing that came to mind when i saw this mutato. i really wish i had something a bit more creative, but other than that, it was also because i could see the mutato wearing a paisley covered bandanna. perhaps a white one? who knows. :3
disney character depiction: pascal. simple yet effective all at the same time. as this mutato has several different colors, do does pascal. i feel like many side characters are overlooked while the glowing main characters are present. mutatoes could be taken the same way. this one may not shine as bright because it doesn't support bright pinks or dazzling blues, but it's still ever-so-epic and important. just like pascal.

Reason for name
Aafje means "one of the magical beings", which is what I see this mutate as- one of the magical ones. Not magical as in someone waves a wand and "poof!", but magical as in breath-taking, wonderful.
Both the name, and the mutato, bring me back to the days in elementary school when my friends and I would run around, pretending to be fairies doing magic.

Disney Character?

"The one, the only, THE GENIE!"
if Aafje was any Disney character, it'd have to be Genie from Aladdin. Why? Because the genie is one of the magical beings, and also brings me back to my childhood. The cloud pattern on the tail reminds me of Aaddin and immediately had me go to the genie- a happy-go-lucky prisoner, who makes do with what he has. I can see Aafje being a bit like this, feeling trapped but making things work- the glass is half full after all!

Name of the Mutato Kanade se Weltraum, for short would be Kanade
Reason for choosing the name There are a ton of reasons why Kanade was the name I decided, but it was because of the beautiful design of the mutato. The upper designs of clouds and hearts reminded me of reaching out into space, making me think that the hearts were actually stars. Therefore, it earns se Weltraum which means in space in German and se coming from the preposition in (σε) from the Greek language. Kanade means to play a tune in Japanese, which also refers to Kanade Tachibana (立華奏) from the anime Angel Beats! who is seen playing piano in the OP. Kanade refers to the lower design, which reminds me of soundwaves in a playful way.
If this mutato were in a disney movie what type of character would they be? Well, there are billions and BILLIONs of Disney Movie characters, but here's the one that stood out: Jasmine from Aladin.
Because of the clouds and hearts, my mind drifted to the scene where Aladin and Jasmine ride the magical carpet. The song somehow goes with the lower design, but I'm not sure how to explain that o..o But anyway, I think the design fits well, because Jasmine's personality: rebellious and headstrong but kind and caring. I believe this is how the mutato's design speaks c:
Story "Kanade-chan! Kanade-chan!" A mutato with a unmistakably, Japanese accent, grew as the mutato came closer. "Huh, what-oh yes!?" Jerking up too quickly, she felt the world shift underneath her, "Aahh-aaa! Ow!" She fell off the piano seat, landing flat on her back to look up at the mutato hovering over her. The mutato was designed with beautiful, vivid pink, sakura patterns, with a bouncy music designed tail. "Y-yes, Aream-sama?" Staying flat on her back, she looked up to meet eyes with her piano tutor. "Tsk, have you slept the past night? You looked like a sloth sitting on that piano seat." A playful smile spread on Aream's face, "Except...you were a sleeping, standing, sloth, dear Kanade." Kanade pouted, then sat up as quickly as she can. Then she opened her mouth to explain, "I spent the whole night practicing that music sheet you gave me...you know." Her tail swished, embarrassed, and looked down at the ground. She could feel her tutor smile at her, with a gaze of curiosity. "And which music sheet, I may ask?" The sakura-patterned mutato hopped over to Kanade's side, meeting eyes with her student. "Um...aa...ehh...My Most Precious Treasure?" Kanade blushed very brightly, playing with her toes. "Oh wonderful! Please, do play it." With a supportive smile from Aream, she helped Kanade up back onto the piano seat. Kanade glanced over at her tutor, who smiled and nodded, waiting with an impatient swishing tail.
And Kanade started playing.
