ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ--; Toothless acts less like the intelligent, curious Toothless you know from the HHTYD movie, and more like the proud, feisty Toothless in the books. Almost immediately upon meeting him it's clear he's a dragon teeming with mischief, and it's not all that uncommon to find him teasing or playing jokes on both his friends and random passerby. He's not exactly the most obedient guy around either. Ask him politely to stop and he'll respond with a cheeky, singsong "O-o-okaaaay~" then proceed to do the exact same thing again before you even have a chance to turn around. Oh, but that's not the end of Toothless's childish attitude. If he suspects he's about to get chewed out, Toothless will be quick to play innocent and put on the most adorable "Wh-who? M-m-me?" face he can possibly muster. Of course, this doesn't always work out as well as he'd hope, and if he gets punished anyway, Toothless will likely pout and blow you a raspberry. "M-m-meanies! You're no fun!" Yeah, it's quite easy at times to forget at times he's 22 and not 8...

Toothless's ego isn't much better. It practically screams of arrogance and overconfidence. Toothless thinks he can do literally anything; he's a fearsome, fire-breathing dragon, everyone should gaze at him in awe or face his fluffy muscled might! Realistically, he of course has his weaknesses and failures just like everybody else, not that he seems to notice. After all, if Toothless fails at something then it was clearly the fault of some other outside force, not his, no matter what kind of evidence you give him that suggests otherwise. Maybe the sun was in his eyes even though it was the middle of the night, or maybe you distracted him by standing half an inch too close. Toothless has no limit to excuses like these, and each one seems to be more ridiculous than the last. But hey, it's not like silly things such as "realism" or "common sense" matter. As long as it supports what an amazingly flawless dragon Toothless is, nothing else is really important.

With such a large ego, it probably doesn't come as a huge surprise that Toothless can be a bit (read: a lot) self-centered as well. He seems to think the world revolves around him, and isn't entirely keen on the concept of sharing. You can't really expect too much generosity out of him. Toothless will always take the bigger half of the cookie, the doughnut with more sprinkles, or the race cart with the least squeaky wheel. This tends to get annoying for others rather quick, though he never quite understands why. The best deserve the best, right? That's not to say Toothless has no likeable traits or would make a terrible friend. He's loyal and fiercely protective, one might even say possessive of his friends. Toothless gets instantly jealous when he sees one of his friends talking to someone he doesn't know, and won't hesitate to butt in to the middle of their conversation. This is undoubtedly one of the quickest ways to get on his bad side, as Toothless will become instantly hostile towards the stranger, and it might take some work to calm him down. But as flawed as his way of thinking may be, Toothless really is a valuable friend to have, if you can get past his strange quirks and immaturity.

Toothless is a male and is very self-conscious and dedicated. Take care of him. Your training place will be out in the forest.
