How did her design speak out to you?: This creatures design truly did speak to me. The vibrant colors and overall design captures the onlookers eye pulling them to look at each part. The texture is visable along with the contrast of color which truly made me begin to love this artwork. This is a amazing well thought out piece of work.

short personality: celeste is very proud, in a quiet way; she never shows off or tries to impress, but she impresses anyway.
how did her design speak out to you?:the design could be called complex but the clean palette lends her a very simple, pure appearance. to me, the name celeste is a reflection of this. she is just.. beautiful, especially the designs on her face. and the way that the green spots seem to glow makes her look so ethereal.

Short Personality: She is a very pretty Neko, but she doesn't care about that. She loves to run, and with play with anyone at any time. She has a lot of spunk, and likes to play the occasional prank. Her games usually cause her to end up looking very messy, but she keeps playing.
How did her design speak out to you?: I saw how beautiful she was, with the green and light blue against the black and white, and I started to think about a cat I had had a long time ago. Her name was Malory, and she was black and white, and always wore a green color. Mystic's colors reminded me of her. (Malory passed away 3 years ago. )

Story:

Mystic raced away from her friend. She had just played a prank on him, and he was not pleased! She ran and ran, and he followed. But eventually he left her alone, and Mystic slowed. She was still laughing. Oh, his face when she had dropped a spider on his nose! She laughed. It was funny. She walked back slowly, giving her friend time to cool down and relax. She continued to laugh softly...

I am DragonInAPiBox. <3 I have been a fan of these guys since I first saw them, and I hope to win my first soon. :3 I am currently only trying out for one other Neko Kami, but I couldn't help myself when I saw this girl! I mean after all, she is some of my favorite colors. <3

Kēji is 100% female.
I realize that I as a contestant can't change this,
but honestly it's what I would have chosen anyways.
Not only because I see her as female, and I'm already
trying for a male.....I don't know. It just...feels right,
I guess. <3 If you know what I mean.

If I was to win, this Neko Kami's name would be Kēji Zetsubō,
( K-G Zet-sue-bou ) which is Japanese for 'Caged Despair'. I chose this name for multiple reasons, which will later be explained throughout the form. I would love to explain now, but no use in doing it twice, right?
For short, she just goes by Kēji, and this is what everyone knows her as.

I'll spread my wings

Short Personality:
Kēji is, in all honesty, a very difficult character to understand.
At first glance, you will see her as very quiet and secretive.
Maybe even a little dark. And although this is somewhat true,
Kēji is a completely different person! She has a mild case
of depression, to start, so she is a little 'darker than most,
but there is so much more no one sees. <3

Yes, she is quiet, and she is a little secretive, but it's all for
her own good. <3 Kēji isn't to fond of meeting new people a
whole lot, so she sticks to a small group of 1-2 friends she
knows she can trust. And yes, she is also secretive. She has
trust issues now after her past, so she likes to keep her
secrets, secrets. Even if that means not telling her best
friends.

How did her design speak out to you?:
I'm not really sure actually...But I do know this;;

The minute I saw her, I think I saw myself. Not only
in the colors, but in the personality as well. As
soon as I laid eyes on Kēji, I immediately knew
what I wanted her to be like, what her name would
be, everything.

Very rarely do I connect with a character immediately,
but when I do I fall absolutely head over heels for
them. <3 I think this is one of those rare cases. She
just....well, not only connects, but I see so much in
her that reflects myself and who I am. Along with who
I want to be.

Along with connecting with her on an emotional level,
Kēji is three of my absolute favorite colors. <3 Black,
mostly, as I really think that color describes what I feel like
sometimes.But the neon green. <3 I have loved that
color for so long, especially when it's with black. *0*

And then there's the white. <3 I personally love white.
And with this design, to me, it shows how even in the
darkest of times there is, and will always be, a little bit
of light. :3

Oh my gosh. You guys, all your forms were so lovely, I had such a hard time picking! I fretted for about two hours straight over this, I managed to narrow it down, painfully, to two entries that I both thought were amazing. However, I ended up picking DragonInAPiBox's. I thought the personality was very well-written. Congrats! And to all those who didn't win, don't worry, there will be many more Nekos, either by me, or by another artist!
