A cute little sooty silver dun Icelandic pony stallion. I just couldn't help it. He had to be fluffeh.

Personality: Auðun is a strong, dedicated mount with a very attached sense of loyalty towards his riders. He is the type to take up the slack for others, and will support the whole team. He loves working on intense trail rides so everyone can experience beautiful Iceland, or now, his new home in North America. His steady personality means he is very reliable on the trail. Known for being "character-driven", Auðun is a very good judge of character and is known for rejecting riders who end up being rude, hateful, or even violent. He has a soft sport for children though- even the willful ones.
This stallion is very cordial with mares- he is ever so much the gentleman.
Despite his overall good-natured personality, Auðun does have some other sides that are not so often seen, nor enjoyed. He is a quiet stallion inwardly, who needs to recharge alone from time to time, as he is an introvert at heart. He needs alone time- and if horses or people pester him during it, he is liable to get frustrated and huffy, stomping his hooves and tossing his man. he also has a phobia of his own: fire. The smell of smoke makes him very anxious, and the sight of fire will toss him over the edge. This is the result of a traumatic fire that burnt down his home farm and resulted in the loss of his elderly owner and his dam when he was barely weaned.
Despite this, he is, overall, a loyal, steadfast, and wonderful companion and mount, and makes a fantastic sire to boot.

What I would do with Auðun: Auðun would get lots of attention! I'd love to enter him in the next Cottonwood contest, and I just LOVED sketching his fluffy mane and cute face! In addition, I have a really fun idea for a mini-series featuring him, bred to various Cottonwood mares, to make a bunch of fluffy little half-Icelandic foals, and put them up for adoption! (My little sister also loves his looks, and actually wants to draw him as well. XD I also love to roleplay and write stories around my horses <3)

When he sees a mare and foal he chases the foal away to flirt with the mare. He stands tall and proud but when it comes to other stallions he gets very nasty with his attitude. He tends not to do these things around his owner because he doesn't want her to see him as a bad pony. Which most of her bad attitude ponies were.

Lava is believe it or not, isn't hot headed at all! He is very mellow and goes with the flow. He has what is called "The Middle Child Syndrome". He very relaxed it loves everything. He has lived at the same ranch since he was a foal and has only left to go to shows he is very eerie of the world outside of that. Yet he is curious as to what awaits him. Aiming to please this stallion is like a sponge sucking up information. He has a good heart and loves to spend time with others. He has many friends, and a special mare that he has his eye on, but that is a secret. He can keep secrets and tell the truth. He is the horse that the others will talk around when they are taking fun of others thinking he won't tell since he is so short and has a funny looking mane and tail but somehow they always are caught. Is favorite thing to do with his humans is to go for trail rides since this lovely boy likes the free feeling as the wind blows through his mane.
