When you first meet Violet, you can tell she is spoiled rotten. She is focused on herself and what she wants, not anybody else. She is clearly used to getting what ever she wants, whether it is through throwing fits or her decent manipulative skills. Vi is a perfectionist, and strives to be good at everything. Academics, dance, music, and art are all things she is quite good at. She is obviously stuck up and vain.

Because of her home-schooling situation, Violet is very awkward around others, although she never shows it. She gets awfully lonely, so she spends her days taking walks through the park. Although, with all her after 'school' activities, Vi is kept busy and meets a lot of new people, but never seems to make friends. She acts snobbish, but deep down beneath everything (and I mean way deep), she is kind of sad and lost.

It was a cold cloudy day and Violet was indoors, playing tea party with her imaginary friends. She was caring a cup of imaginary tea over to her pretend friend, when she tripped over her own two feet. The cup came tumbling from her small hand and landed, cracking.

Violet doesn't know why she treasures the chipped tea cup, maybe it just represents her childhood innocence. Whatever it is, she kept the cup and always keeps it close to her heart.
