An item they treasure very much:A large green gem shaped like a leaf he found at the top of a mountain.
The reason:When he arrived at the top of the mountain the sunset was shining off the surfaces of some mountain lakes and turning them from deep blue to gold. It was so bright that it almost hurt his eyes. Bracken looked down at his feet and stared, they were lit by a green glow that was staining the rocks forest green. the source was an exquisitely cut gem. in the glow of the sunset it positively sparkled Bracken approached it cautiously as though he was worried he might scare it away, it seemed so alive.
