What are Whiptail Dragons?
Whiptail Dragons are small dragon-like creatures that come in almost endless color varieties. They have a thin crest that runs down their head and back, and razor-like horns on each side of their head. They can grow to be about the size of the average German Shepherd, sometimes slightly larger. WtDs are generally stocky creatures, yet they can easily match the running speeds of a human athlete. Their front claws aid in hunting and climbing, giving them good grip. All Whiptail Dragons have a tuft of fur that covers their bellies, keeping them warm during the winters.The crest that runs along their head and back also aids in warming them, and is usually a dark color to better soak up sunlight.

Like most reptiles, they enjoy warm climates, and tend to become drowsy and sluggish in the cold. Many Whiptail Dragons are found closer to the equator, where it is most warm. Their tails are thick and flexible, allowing WtD`s to use their tails like a whip to defend themselves or display dominance. Males usually have very bright tails compared to females, and often use them to show off in mating seasons. WtD`s are flightless, and even if they were to have wings, would still be unable to fly due to their weight and the fact that their bones are not hollow. Their scales feel silky to the touch, but if you slid your hand towards a WtD`s head, you would get many scratches, for their scales are sharp at the tips. WtD`s can have up to 5 different colors, no more, but they have been found with less.

This Whiptail Dragon is still very young, can you tell?? (S)he hasn't been considered a real dragon yet, which means (s)he must still attend to WtD school!! (S)he doesn't seem very happy about it though xD

This is the "Back to school WtD" I promised to make ^^ and were only 1 off to #50, half way to a century!!

If you haven't yet noticed, her/his eyes are dark blue with red spots ^^ I'd like if you'd add that to the story somehow (if you're writing one ^^)

Unfortunately, no. As actually, I don't really know how many I have at the moment that count towards my amount. I know that the one I got from the artist comp doesn't count towards my amount. (That would be Midnight Nova I got.) But, this is very pretty and I had to say it here, or else it wouldn't make much sense anywhere else to me. And here, since it is school themed, I said it here. Make sense? I thought so. But, I can't even start on it due to having to finish HW that I should be doing right now. XD

When I found W I L L Y he wondering around the streets with nobody by him. I walked up to him and he ran away to another house right near us. It was an old nasty house that looked like it was one-hundred years old. Willy ran up to house and went behind a huge bush. I walked up to old house and knocked on the door an old man came out said, " Who goes there." I say, " Do you know whose dragon that is ?" " Oh, he was mine but I let go because I don't want him anymore. Now get off my property," the old man said. So I did. But before I did that I had to find a way to get Willy to come to me so I did everything in my power to get him. Finally after I got like ten scratches on both of my arms I got him. From then on I've him.
