Raylik likes to be busy and active, and needs a lot of stimulation to keep from getting bored. He finds tasks that require rote memorization intensely boring. (He also doesn't do well with following pre-defined steps that someone else has come up with) He likes to be involved in his projects. (He will only put effort into things that he is very interested in doing, which typically means that he needs to have come up with the idea or contributed to it somehow) Alternatively, he can be motivated to participate in projects if someone else has really sold his on the idea, and thus inspired him to be interested in the project.
Raylik is distracted easily from the task at hand, and need to really develop his ability to focus in on what he's doing and close out environmental distractions. (This is an acquired skill for him) This does not mean that he should be sent away by himself to work on his assignments. (This would actually be detrimental to his) He works best with others, and around others. He should be encouraged to work on his projects in the presence of others, but to remain focused on what he's doing.
