This is the story of Takumi [white hair], the Shadow Spirit Prince cast from the spirit world. Because of a tragic incident, Takumi was sentenced to a life on Earth by his father. Of course there was a catch to this-- while Takumi was on earth, he would completely forget about his past. This Spirit of Shadows has lived on the planet Earth for five years, without any recollection as to who he was.
When chaos erupts in the spirit world and pours into the human world, Takumi's childhood best friend from the spirit world, Akihiko, the Light Spirit Prince, comes to find him for help. When he discovers that Takumi has completely forgotten about his first life, Akihiko goes to the ends of the earth to get his memories and powers back. Along their journey, the best friends will make new friends, create new enemies, find love, fight battles and destroy the evil within themselves and the world around them.

Alright, so this really is the starter page for Akihiko's flashback. Next week, you'll get to see more of Takumi's and Akihiko's childhood memories as well as why Takumi possibly could have been banished. As a side note, I've restyled Akihiko's hair. I didn't like the original design, so I crafted it a bit-- He's still blonde though. The bottom panel as well as the dream one with the best friends running, are flashbacks from childhood. =3
