Judging complete!
Tabbicat- While your form was simple, it was too plain, didn't catch my eye at all. I liked the way that you had what he is called by everyone, and his actual name, but that could have done with some explaining. While the art was colourless and also rather plain, I liked the way that it stood for itself and there were no descriptions added.
Diamondshine101- Like tabbicat, your form was also quite bland, but your expressions were all essentially the same thing, I appreciated the fact that you coloured it though. I don't know what I think about the name, that could have done with a lot of explaining.
Scootaloo- Your form was colourful and eye-catching, the art is adorable, and I like the character you put out in front of me. However, I have never seen one have a "smart" expression. Also, I wasn't sure at some points whether you were talking or the JMD- with everything in quotes it can get a bit confusing. I like the name, and how it has meaning to YOU.
Snow Kitten- Your form was easy to read and simple, I lke the font you chose for the name and I wish you had kept some consistency with that. The art is cute and I liked how you went with expressions and not personality traits, but with two expressions in one for the second two I wasn't quite sure what was going on.
JayzPF- Your form was short, sweet and to the point. Everything stood for itself, but I didn't see a cohesive character, and, once again, you went more with personality traits than expressions.
Citric- Wow. The name is adorable, and I love the form. The fact that everything has a reason behind it and you went a little deeper into his character gave me a feel for him. I saw a very cohesive character, however, it really hurt your form that you added in that personality, which is what I asked not. Also, I have never seen a "smart" or "social" expression, once again, those are personality traits. Your form was well organized and eye-catching though.
Galaxy cat;;- Your short, sweet form was a big bonus, you kept it straightforward and colourful. I really like the name, but I don't see it's significance. I do, however, like that you made the freckles a big part of his life. The major downside to your form was that it was almost too short, I didn't see the well-developed character that many others showed me.
Anonymous.- How did you know I love Doctor Who? XD But I love your name, and it fit well with his appearance and the character you showed me, as well as going along with my muse for him; Drops of Jupiter. I like your reasoning for the jewel, and the general character you laid out in front of me. But "watching doctor who" isn't an expression, it's not a personality trait, it's a pastime; you missed the target completely there.
~Thunderclancoco~ - Your form was colourful, but it lacked in essential elements. The name was uncreative, and you didn't show me expressions, merely representations of his personality. It wasn't organized, and I didn't see a cohesive character.
Midnightbird- I like that you stuck with expressions, not personality traits, but the colours weren't coordinated with the actual JMD. They did go well with the character, and give your form a bit of that... undertone, but I'm not sure I see the character you were trying at- you didn't quite convince me he was blind, and I'm not even sure JMDs can echolocate.
~Free Rein~ - It is very kind of you to go out for your brother, I like that you had the motive to do this for him. The name was cute, but it didn't seem fitting to me, but the nickname bit did make me smile. I like that you made him happy with his jewel colour, and the expressions were very clear and well done, but the bright green against the yellow did not complement, and his markings were incomplete. Your form seemed almost too spaced out, but I did like that it's easy-to-read.
Mrs.Denmark- The art is so cute! The short and sweet form was rather bland though, and the name had no real significance to the character himself, and it there was, it wasn't portrayed well. I didn't see a developed character at all, even though the art was clear and focused.
Honu- I absolutely love the form. The quotes were a bonus, as well as the name <3. The art is awesome, but your form didn't quite feel finished... There was a description underneath ONE of the expressions, but none of the others, and one of them was uncoloured, which would have been perfectly fine had the other ones been coloured. That doesn't matter all that much though, I really like the character you placed in front of me, how it was all cohesive, the literacy and easy to read-ness of it was appealing, while still keeping it brief.

Honu!!!
It was a close call between you and rein, but the way you appealed to me name-wise won me over.
Free Rein would get a runner up if I was allowed to make one, and the honorable mention goes to Scootaloo.
