You are a fairly simple Jellybean Dragon. You like a comfortable, organized life. You’re happy at your current residence: a neighborhood home in the friendly town of Night Vale. You greatly prefer the nighttime as to the daytime, since the sun is hot, annoying, and bright out in the desert. You are curious, but you attempt to hide this attribute, since you think that some here in Night Vale may not appreciate it. You would be right. You are very sensitive to things that many don’t believe in, which is partly why you moved to Night Vale. Here, no one will criticize you on that front. You love space, especially planets - especially dark planets of awesome size, covered in black forests and jagged mountains and turbulent oceans. Yes, you love planets like this. Your dream has always been to become an astronaut, so that one day maybe you could find this mystery of a planet, but even so, you are content; living alone in Night Vale.

As a small bean, you were always shy and innocent. You saw things that no one else could - hooded figures under playground slides; doors to hidden cities in bowling alleys; tall, winged men wandering grocery stores. No one believed you when you told them about these phenomenons, so you kept them to yourself. When you got older, you heard rumors of a strange city, hidden in the middle of an unforgiving desert, that would be there one second and gone the next. Overwhelmed with a need to get to the city and encouraged by a nagging thought that you might be accepted in this place, you packed your bags and left without a single word. No one came after you or ever wondered where you had gone, and you have lived peacefully in Night Vale ever since. You do still have the urge to travel into space, but since it was a childish and impossible dream, you have tried your best to forget about it, along with the planet of awesome size that has haunted you your entire life.
