Panel 1: We begin here.
Panel 2: Where The Keeper King is.
Panel 3: Also known as Puppy.
Panel 4: Feather: "Boss?"
Why is he the ruler?
Panel 5: He was the first Keeper.
Puppy: "I need the Pencil."
And he has a PENCIL.

So pretty much the pencil is very powerful here. because he can make anything come alive with paper lol
