What is a JBD?
A Jellybean Dragon is a fluffy, friendly dragon that hatches from a jellybean-like egg. Their diet consists of fruits and insects, but they also love sweets and desserts. Their fur is soft and long, usually brightly colored, neat, and shiny. Jellybean Dragons are mostly gentle and happy, and love attention. Most are Great Dane-sized when they are fully grown, but some of them can grow as big as a cow. All Jellybean Dragons have pouches on their bellies, which they use to carry around food or younger JBDs.

I would name this beautiful girl Octavia. The moment I saw her the pony Octavia from MLP came in mind. I decided that would be the best name for such a muscical bean.

Although this bean could be Male or Female either way, I see her mostly as a girl musician, with hopes and dreams of becoming a great violinist that will travel the world sharing her music with everyone.

Her music is absolutely stunning and breathtaking. I wish to be an amazing violinist just like her one day. I just need to practice, work hard, and follow my dreams in music.

I picked this song because I really feel like it matches Octavia's personality. At the beginning it's a little slow, and when you first meet her you think of her as an antisocial musician (violinist). But then it starts to get faster, the music gets more upbeat, and once you get to know Octavia you realize just how amazing she is.

Today was the day. She had been practicing for days, weeks, months now for this. She was born for this. And it was finally time to show the world. The question was, would she wow the crowd, or would she be the laughing stock? Had she practiced enough, had she worked hard enough? What would the audience of parents and kids think of her? She'd have to find out. It was the day of Octavia's first recital.

Many kids were lined up for their turn on the stage. Just like Octavia, they too had practiced for this day. Not all played the violin like her. Some played the clarinet, the saxophone, tuba, flute, piano, and all types of other instruments. One by one, each went up on the stage and showed their musical talent. This was also some of the other bean's first recitals. Some nailed it and wowed the crowd, others got nervous, missed a few notes, and even some broke down in tears due to pressure. When someone messed up, some of the other beans would snicker. But Octavia didn't join them. She felt bad, and wished she could make them stop. But how could she? They'd just ignore her. Sighing, Octavia listened on, waiting for her turn.

At last, it was Octavia's turn to go up. Many of the other beans played really well, but Octavia, being the over-achiever she is, thought she could do better if she just tried hard and did everything she did during her lessons and practices. She walked up the steps to the stage, and got her violin and music ready. After a minute of checking over everything, she was ready to start. Come on, Octavia she told herself. You can do this. She began to play. But as she did the first note, her hands began to get shaky. Her mouth got dry. Her music notes were getting blurry. Oh no! she said. What's happening? Octavia didn't know it, but she was nervous. Very nervous. But her being nervous just caused stress, and her brain began to act out of control. Octavia kept playing, but the music sounded bad. She played the wrong notes. Octavia never felt this way before. It was too much to handle. She dropped her violin and stared out at the crowd. The adults began to panic, thinking something terrible was going on. Some of the kids began to snicker. With tears starting to form, Octavia spotted her mother in the crowd. She thought her mother was going to be disappointed in her. But it was the exact opposite. Her mother smiled. It's okay Octavia, she seemed to say. Everything is alright. Octavia smiled. She could do this. She picked up her violin, took a deep breath, and began to play again.

This time, she wasn't nervous. She didn't feel any stress. She just let her hands take over and play. There was no more snickering or teasing. Everyone listened with wide eyes. Octavia grinned, and the music got upbeat. She began to play faster and faster. The audience cheered. They loved her! The music started to slow down, and Octavia felt a little pang in her heart. She never realized how much fun it was to be liked from the crowd. When she stopped, she took a deep breath, and bowed. What came after truly stunned her. She got a standing ovation! Everyone stood up and clapped and cheered for her. As she stepped down from the stage, Octavia felt so great. That's when she decided she'd become the greatest violinist the world has ever seen.

Once everyone had finished, all the kids went up on stage and took a big group bow with many pictures. They all received a gift from their parents and teachers. Most received pencils, candies, chocolates, and other goodies. But what Octavia got amazed her. It was a beautiful white scarf made from the softest silk. Music notes were all around, like the scarf was a song. "Oh, thank you!" Octavia cried, hugging her teacher. It was such a wonderful day. Octavia wouldn't have wanted it any other way. It was perfect.

Stradivari Cremona, After the world famous Violin and where it was made. Stradivari is the last name of the famous Creator of the Violin. Cremona is where the Violin was made, Cremona Italy. I combined the last name of the creator and the place it was made, simply because I found that they sound very nice together. It gives a lovely flow to the name of this classy girl.

This lovely song by Evening Star. At first I wasn't going to pick it because it was My Little Pony. But then I listened to it for a while and found it suited this bean just right. The tones of the music seem to create more emotion then I could find in any other string music. But the main reason I picked it was, that it told a whole story with no words. Stradivari's to be exact. Starting softly, then ending with a bang that gets every ones attention.

Hello! I'm Lierre. I am currently a non-owner and I hope to make this Bean my first.

This beautiful Bean's name is Cadenza. Cadenza is a musical term that describes the time when orchestra drops for the soloist to play a solo. It is very often improvised!

Cadenza is of the female sex and gender.

Cadenza's theme song is Violin Romance by Beethoven. I suggest you listen to the music while reading my form. It just enhances the "experience".

When I first heard this song, I instantly was filled with images of Cadenza's life. The slow and sweet beginning is like her birth into the world and her gentle infant days. As the music gets progressively louder with almost whimsical tones, this represents her innocent childhood. When the music becomes more bold, this represents her starting violin lessons. The few soft and low moments show her uncertainty which later transitions into more loud and strong moments, showing her gradual feeling of pride. After all that practice, it's time for her first performance when the music slows down briefly. It shows her anxiety and fear for preforming, but when the music becomes loud and bold, she knows what to do. The music goes very fast and quick as the crowd claps for her. The next part, is a "montage" of her violin career taking off with the various high and low sounds in the music. When it gets faster and faster, it represents how her career took off faster than she thought. The music then becomes squeaky and strong, symoblizing everyone talking about her and her music. When the music descends, it represents her starting to settle down in her life, but it's still lively which shows she's still famous. Finally, the end of song with the very high pitched music becoming quieter represents her finally deciding to settle down completely.

The following story is about how Cadenza received her scarf that she always wears. This story takes place when she is around eight years old. It is written in the form of multiple haikus, a form of japanese poetry. Haikus are very commonly used to write about the violin.
