∞Hello there! I'm GrayStar51, and I would like to try out for my first Kia. I've been trying to get one since my first go at Kia #187. I've tried and lost and tried and lost, but I will just keep trying until my fingers fall off from all the forms i've made, or I win one. I like option #2 better though.So here's my go at the beautiful kia #335.

∞ If I were to win this Kia, her name would be Liv.When I first saw her, she reminded me of the elves in Lord of the Rings, in Rivendale. She especially reminded me of Eowyn, Liv Tyler's character. We already have a Kia named Eowyn, so i decided on the name Liv. Its pretty, isn't it?

∞ Liv is to be kept a female, of course. She's simply to elegant to be a male.

Blueberries

Jana loves blueberries with all her heart and has always liked them. She loves how small they are and that you can just pop them right in your mouth whenever you need a snack. Even the sourer ones taste good to her and she'll eat every last blueberry out of the carton if you let her. Some even say that since she eats blueberries so often, it has stained her muzzle and paws a darker shade of blue.

Favourite Fruit: Indi's favorite fruit is the Decaisnea insignis. It is a member of the chocolate vine family and grows in the form of a shrub. It is native to China, Nepal, northeast India (Sikkim), Bhutan, and Myanmar. It was recently discovered that the female flowers also contain a delectable fruit. The fruit has a blue shell and resembles a finger in shape. In each flower there are three fruit pods containing a clearish, jellylike substance along with two rows of flat, black seeds. The only edible part is the jelly, which has a subtle fresh, sweet taste.

Explanation: Indi loves this strange fruit because of its individuality and for the fact that it's her favorite shade of blue. The texture is like no other fruit she has encountered and she likes the slightly melon-like taste that it possesses.

Who Am I?

I'm Lacy Beans, If you must shorten it I prefer Lacy to Beans. I am desperate for a kiamara partly because of their beauty and partly because I long to join the kia community. The recent anniversary event must have been amazing, unfortunately I did not (and still do not) own a Kia. This little princess would be a brilliant first kia.

Name:

Persephone: In mythology Persephone (per-sef-on-EE) has a light and lyrical aura, and pleasant associations with springtime and the harvest — she was also goddess of spring growth. Furthermore some people suggest that Persephone means dark blue. Although others do suggest it means bringer of death and destruction I prefer to think it means dark blue, just to keep things somewhat cheery. The goddess she is named after is incredibly beautiful, and is the reason for the spring time. However Persephone has a dark side... she's queen of the dead (hence the bringer of death and destruction).She does however prefer to be called Sephe (sef-EE)

Pomegranate, yes I know that she's blue and they're red but how many of you have a favourite fruit that matches your skin colour? Seriously?


Explanation:

There is an ancient Greek myth about the goddess Persephone, she is the beautiful prized daughter of Zeus and Demeter and is sent to the underworld to become the wife of Hades. However she doesn't want to become his wife. So she starves herself eventually she is allowed to return to her father. However she (whilst in the underworld) was so tempted by her favourite fruit the pomegranate that she ate 6 seeds. This meant that she was only allowed to spend 6 months above ground and she had to spend the other 6 in the underworld. The harvest apparently celebrated her return to the surface. Sephe loves pomegranates because they are pretty to look at and even nicer to taste. Each of the seeds looks like a jewel. Sephy has always had an eye for beauty and loves this succulent, firm, sweet fruit.

If I happened to win this beautiful Kia, her name would be Blu. I happen to have a parakeet named Blu who is nearly that same shade of blue. Also, I just like the sound of the name.

Gender:
Female. I just don't see her as a boy.

Favourite Fruit:
Being a bit odd and geeky, Blu's favorite fruit would be the Tomato.

Explanation:
As I stated before, Blu is a bit odd and geeky. Since she is a walking fact book, she knows that tomatoes are technically fruits. And she loves tomatoes. They remind her of summer, a fleeting season before everything starts up in fall. Whenever she bites into a ripe, juicy tomato, it transports her to the memories of swimming in a lake, eating freshly grown tomatoes on the shore, and running around with sparklers and watching fireworks at night. It's a nice break from the mundaine-ness of fall and winter. She used to grow them when she was a pup, so the tomatoes bring back fond memories of her puphood. Like all of the time she spent running through the tomato patches with her friends, picking little cherry tomatoes and popping them right into their mouths like potato chips. She also plays games with tomatoes, such as "Don't let the tomato fall". You sit or stand with a tomato balanced on your nose, and see how long you can stay like that without having the tomato splat on the ground. You can play by yourself or with friends, but it tends to get a little messy!

Sorry it's so big, I'm pretty bad at formatting on my phone. I'm on vacation right now, so this was the best thing I could sketch up in the car. Here is Blu playing one of her favorite games, "Don't let the tomato fall." The game can get kinda messy wheb she plays with friends c: If I get home before the contest ends, I'll try to get something better (and colored) up.
