• Name: This boy's name would be Tye if I won. Tye, why would I name him that? I was thinking of names, and I really wanted to do tide but make it casual. So, Tye, for tide. This boy seems to really love the ocean after all.
• Age: A young adult, barely scratching 26 years, but that's in human years. What about cat years? In cat years, he would be 3 years and a half. In dog years he would be 182. He could be any years, in any different year kind. It all means 26 anyways.

• History: Tye was a young guy when he was first introduced to the ocean. His dad brought him there while his mom stayed back via sickness. After going back, Tye began to learn about ships and the ocean, mostly because fascination drew him towards it. What happened while he did that though? His mother grew even more and more ill. She eventually passed, and Tye was crushed. To fix this, his dad got him a sailor's hat, and a charm bracelet for a seashell when he went to the beach for the first time. At this time, he made a vow to sail for his mother, like she would've wanted him to do.

[Wise:]
As Tye has aged and gone from the foolish and flirtatious young JBD he was, he became wiser. And several tragedies he’s faced and losses he’s been through made him more in tune with the world and over all wiser. He is the ideal dragon to go to for advice. He listens, and usually has an answer for almost any problem or dilemma.

[Fatherly:]
As he’s gotten older and developed bonds with younger dragons, Tye has become like a father. And his personality follows suit. He’s protective over not only the younger dragons he’s bonded with, but everyone as well. He has a kind tongue to those he wants to, and easily attaches to younger dragons, becoming a brother, an uncle and to some, like a father. He also has a high tolerance for the “naïveness” and sill antics of the younger ones.

[Protective:]
Going along with this fatherly trait, Tye is also a protective guy. He’s fiercely protective over anything of value to him. Whether it be a material object or something sentimental. He’ll protect whatever it is, even if it means his life would be put on the line or he’d have to deny even himself.

[Impulsive:]
Although most of the faults Tye had when he was young have since been outgrown, this one has still been one that has followed him. Tye doesn’t often think before acting, and will often act upon morals as opposed to acting on reason. In some situations this can be a great thing, but in others, it can get him into trouble. He often needs guidance so he make decisions with reason, because once he makes up his mind, it’s near to impossible to change it.

[Hard-Working:]
Whether it’s not sleeping, eating or taking care of himself, Tye will just about anything to make sure the task at hand gets done. His dedication to his work and other life events is admirable, to a point. Tye can manage to get almost any task done and pass it with flying colors, but the care for himself is sacrificed for it. It seems like there’s nothing this guy can’t do at first glance.

[Charismatic:]
This is one other trait that has followed Tye since he was younger. For most of his life, Tye has always been a charmer. With a wink of an eye and a warm smile to boot, he can flirt with just about whoever he wants and not get chocked up. Tye also has a talent of getting dragons to listen and stay interested in what he has to say, even when it’s meaningless, and followers follow the same suit. He knows how to get others to listen and do what he says. But luckily this doesn’t get to his head, he’s still pretty level minded and reasonable with this.

Tré (as he is normally called) knows that he is somehow related to a french family. After all whoever named him gave him the name Trésor, which means treasure in french. He can't remember his old family too well though... for a reason he can't quite place. It wouldn't do much to ask him about his old life, Tré doesn't care much to think of anything that doesn't have to do with the ocean!

Sailing the High Tides and Other Things

Not every day could be a good day aboard the Dauntless.

There was a storm rolling in and Tré could feel it in his bones. His head pounded and the air in front of him started to glow with the odd shapes and colors he knew to be an aura migraine. He normally got them before big storms hit (a very useful early warning sign when out in the unpredictable and ever changing sea) but an annoying one at that. He shrugged his head to try and clear his eyes of the flashing colors and turned to the First Mate, Tide.

"The Captin' better get going soon or we'll be caught up in this storm in no time."

Tide nodded. "Alright, I'll go tell the him."

Tide trusted Tré's opinion greatly for his storm fortelling migraines were well known by all of the crew to be very accurate. Even when the clouds hid the truth behind a sunny sky, no storm they had ever encountered had snuck up on Tré.

Now you may be asking yourself at this point what my job is onboard. I'm not the kind of strong dragon that can haul loads up across the deck easily. I'm not very good at math either, so navigatin' can be mighty tricky for me too. But I am really important to everyone though fer' the functioning of this here boat because I do a lot of the rope tying. I know all kinds of knots, bends and hitches to get the job done and I'm the fastest one at it. I do lots of the rigging when we dock and I help the different crew memebers to work together to preform whatever needs to be done. One day I'll be the captain of the Dauntless myself! I just know it...

--- suddenly Tré felt a violent shake underneath his feet.

He felt his fur rise on the back of his neck as his head whipped around, ripping him out of his reverie. He felt the sea spray on his face as he turned to meet the oncoming wave.

This was something he did not predict.

In only a few minutes the blue sky changed from threatening a storm to threatening all of their lives. And yet Tré refused to acknowledge it. He stared back in defiance at the great churning wall of water and watched it crash into the boat and him simultaneously. The boat lurched suddenly and threw him off his feet. There was great confusion and panic among the crew and Tré could feel himself shaking out of fear. That's when he realized the truth. The ship was going down. He spat the briny water from his mouth and bolted to the lifeboats. He yelled to the crew overtop of the roar of the water.

Sai has six pieces of string attached to his
tail, five of them have charms, one of them
doesn't. His charms are an anchor, a wave, a
boatwheel, a sailor hat and a shell. He has
never told anyone why there is one that
doesn't have a charm, maybe because he is
saving it for another charm or he just loves
string. Who knows?
Another item he wears is an red sailor scarf
around his neck. He has a leather
bracelet with an anchor charm on it. It a little
big for him though and has to wrap it around
his paw around two times, sometimes three.
Sometimes he does wear a sailor hat but he
will never when he is out at sea, he will bring
it along with him though. He says it covers up
his ears so he cant hear the wave crashing
together and the relaxing noise from the sea.

Sai is a childish and clumsy bean. He gets
distracted very, very easily and isn't the
best bean on a boat, he knocks a lot of
things into the water accidently and mess
things up. Of course he doesn't mean it, it
just happens. He is very enthusiastic and
often tries way too hard when doing things
His dream would be to work full-time on a
boat but he knows his problems and doesn't
think he will get there but keeps trying so
that hopefully that day will come. He does
have his own boat but after sailing one day
it is now in ruins.

Short Story #1 ;; The Ice burg
"Get to your stations men!", I yelled, right in front of us was a giant iceberg, if only we had noticed earlier. Its going to be impossible to turn the ship in this weather. Snap out of it Sai, that's no way a captain thinks. Turn the ship and get back on track. You can do it. What am I doing, I am no true sailor thinking like that, only a true sailor faces his problems and never gives up.

"Quickly men! Station one, pull! Station two, push! Naut. Steer!"

The iceberg. Coming closer to us but turning away from us at the same time.

"Good work men! We done it! But keep an eye out for any more obstacles."

This weather, it could ruin us. Waves crushing on the sides and the storm is throwing us everywhere.

"We're off our course, we aren't ending anywhere." Naut alerted me.

"Don't be silly Naut, we are definitely heading somewhere, no matter where we go, we are heading somewhere. There is always a place to go. We may every find a new place never seen before."

"But cap'in, we are in the middle of the ocean with only icebergs and storms ruining our course even more. We need to turn around!"

"No buts, we just dodge the icebergs and sail carefully forward, trust me, we are heading somewhere."

"But where, cap'in?"

"Somewhere."

Long Story #1 ;; The beginning and the end

[i]*pant pant* 'There is too much work to do!', 'We need a break'. Consistent moaning coming from my ship mates, I know it is hard but you should know that being on a ship. I need to stop this though, I myself complain a bit, so they can complain if they want as well, after all, I'm not the captain, just an ordinary crew member. *scrub scrub* *whosh whosh* *bang bang* Consistent sounds you hear on a ship, some noises are enjoying to hear, others... not so much. [/i]

'Coming cap'tin!' Something you would have to say a lot on a ship, duty calls! 'Hurry! I want this ship spick and spin by the time I get out of my cabin!' Another one, but the captain says this. Well, you get this usual day of a crew member on a ship. And this is my story of the only time I have worked on a ship, the first and last. Beginning and end.

'This is torture' my roommate whispered to me, hopefully no one heard that, serious consequences. All we did was scrub, bang, whosh, tap and scratch. Why am I still here? I love ships, its the only job on a ship I could get as well, lets not go into detail why.
'Sai,' the captain yelled out. 'Why are you not out here doing what I said?'
'Sorry cap'in, the cook wanted me to get something, I think he is making you a surprise.' I covered my mouth acting like it was a real surprise, hopefully he fell for it, I don't want to get kick out!
'I will check that later,' he said suspiciously 'I need you to check if everything is on track, I can trust you Sai, cant I?'
'Yes cap'in, I wont let you down,' I saluted him. 'Also cap'in, its best not to check on the cook, he might get angry if you found out, act like you don't know.'

'Move that to the side and out of the way,' I informed people, puffing up my chest proud. 'I, or someone else, could trip over it.'
I liked this job, could get rather used to it, but I should stop before I go too far. Recently, the captain has been wanting me to do lots of things
'Sai, do this.' 'Do that.' I have almost had enough but, I need this.

'Yes, sir. Right away, sir.' I was running around frantically, making a mess of things as I usually do and, the captain is angry at what I do. I think he has had enough of me, and this.

'Sai, we need to talk,' the captain singles me out to talk to him in private. 'I don't think you are the right one for this ship, when we land I think you will have to leave, I'm sorry.'

Those words killed me. I never wanted to see, think or hear of another ship, my whole life.

Tell me a bit about yourself. Anything. Is there a special someone in your life, your hobbies, etc.

My name is Sai, I am male and I am amazing! I love my toy boat but if that doesn't count as a 'someone' I.. don't know.. I don't mind what gender they are, female or male. I don't have much hobbies besides me trying to find a job on a boat and sometimes I paint boat models with my friends!.. Is that enough?

Sai, do you have any friends?

Of course! What's a sailor without friends?! My best friends would have to be Ebony, Naut and Aztec.
Aztec is clumsy like me and Naut is really nice. Ebony... ebony is just amazing, I get along with him really well.

What do you have in your pouch?

Well, everything that a sailor would have but more! I have an amazing compass, given to me by my grandfather, he loved ships like me! I also keep my hat in there, I like to keep some nibblies as well, in case I get hungry. I can't forget my portable, navel telescope, limited edition too! I bet you don't have one of those!

What was it like when you were younger, did you still like ships?

Well, I have loved ships ever since I was seven, that was when my grandfather gave me his compass. Its really fancy and everything, you have to have a good sailor brain to know how to use it. He has had it until he was a little boy, my age when I got it so its really old!

Have you ever thought of giving up your dream, of being a sailor?

Surprisingly, yes I have. A couple of times actually. But there was one thing in common, I always decided to keep going, why? Well, I guess my family encouraged me to keep going and so did my friends. I also loved the sound and fresh air the sea gives you.

Why do you want Sai?

Well, he is a bean I have never connected with so much, I feel in love with the Rum Tum Tugger and JBD 400 but Sai I love him more. I love his design, and I think I have moulded him into a character I can easily rp with him and connect with him more. His personality I have given him works well and wont be hard to 'control'. But enough about that because I could have given that personality to any bean, so, why Sai? Well, his design has, what looks to me, is an anchor across his back, starfishes on his ears and neck, a fish, steering wheel on a boat and shells. The perfect bean to give a clumsy sailor personality. I love this bean so, so much and I would be well over the moon if I got him.

What would your reaction be if you won?

Well, I can't answer this question well but if I did win, I would be speechless, I wouldn't know what to say. I wouldn't be able to thank you, fox. and many other people enough for helping me. I would be so incredibly lucky if I got to win this boy and call him my own, precious bean.

He’s a teen, shy of his own reflection, looking for that special someone he can be himself around. Tibby is a naturally shy bean and hasn’t grown out of his child hood memories and dreams. He expresses his thoughts by photography, he doesn’t know why but he does. He loves to take pictures, either in color; black or white it doesn’t matter to him.
