What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

Reason for choosing the name
I chose the name Zodiac because the tiger is one of the twelve animals apart of the zodiac. Those born in the year of the tiger represent power, bravery, and independence. They are also natural leaders and are of a rebellious nature. I took one look at this mutato and found that I could see the traits of one born in the year of the tiger.

My username is Zoe12123! There's no real reason, I just really like to use the name Zoe in stories and role-plays. I think it has a nice ring to it!




This handsome boy is named Flicker.




I chose this name mostly because of the way a tiger's pelt will flicker. As a sleek tiger moves through the shadows of the forest, his pelt seems to flicker with orange and black. Much like the majestic tiger, this gorgeous Mutato moves with the grace of a flickering flame. And, of course, because of the flame GIF required in the form. But of course, this boy means more to me than a GIF of fire! In my opinion, it seems like the very Mutato flickers with the life and soul of a tiger. This would be my very first Mutato, so I tried to put as much life into the form as I could! Flicker is an incredible show off, like fire, which will burn as bright as it can. It's impossible to ignore as is Flicker. He's loyal, and will never turn his back on the ones he loves.

Tansia is a name meaning "eternal life." No, she does not
have eternal life herself, obviously. Tansia does wish she
had it, though. I thought that Tansia was a good name for
this Mutato because it just seemed to fit her, in my eyes.
I had the name "Sia" in mind, but Tansia sounded better.
It's a beautiful name for a beautiful Mutato.
