Julius' luck is uncannily good. He's always willing to bet or gamble, because the outcome is always in his favor. He could walk across a busy street blindfolded and reach the other side unscathed. Others tend to side with him during a bet, since he's never wrong.

He'd freak out.
He would probably make allusions to the secret around those involved, but only enough that they'd know he was in on it. Julius would never outright share said secret, though he isn't above blackmail.

Jack seems to think that it was him chosen for bad luck because he was chosen to do something in this world. That is Jack's thought on the bad luck curse. Others think he is a curse himself. Jack doesn't care about luck he doesn't need it to be the bean he wants to be.
