((Caught one yesterday, since in my time, it was like, eight PM eue))

I send out Mangetsu and we both walk up to the shy girl, smiling sweetly. "Hey there," Mangetsu says quietly as I kneel down to her height. "What's your name?"
Behind my back I quietly pull out an ultraball, trying to stay calm. She's so adorable!

she looks up into her eyes. "ee?" she seems to question her, but remains calm.

Mangetsu chuckles quietly, padding forward and motioning for me to follow suit. I hesitantly reach a hand out, allowing her to sniff it before I attempt to stroke her fur.
Mangetsu smiles and looks back to the Eevee, his long fur blowing back in the slight breeze. "Don't worry, we're not here to hurt you," he says calmly. "We'd love to have a nice Eevee like you on our team. Would you like to join us?"
"You'll be the tape holding us together," I chime in with a giggle. The Flareon beside me shoots a glare at me. Obviously, I'm referencing our love-hate relationship.
