When they're not looking, Smartie grabs one of there're things (Or two) And run away with them.

Gender: Male, obviously!
Age: 24; a bachelor, but he throws wild parties.
Favourite Party Game/Activity: Of every party he's gone to, Fiesta loves one thing, and one thing only - flirting. He claims it's his "Spanish passion" coming out, but.... we'll wait and see on that one.
We tend to call this "socialization", but he keeps making stupid pickup lines and using them on the girls - sometimes even the guys. When this happens, his friends usually tell the other unsuspecting male that Fiesta is drunk and doesn't know who he's speaking to. He is then dragged off with one hell of a scolding.
While, at this point, everyone is ready to kill Fiesta, no one can stay mad at him for too long; he's much too sweet to murder. Although his flirting gets annoying at times, he has a heart of gold - okay, silver - and just wants everyone to have fun.

One quirk: Hehe, this is the weird thing... You ready? Okay, you see... Fiesta isn't...ACTUALLY Spanish. He's English. Fiesta isn't even his real name; its Dave. But he talks in a Hispanic accent and acts like he's from Spain. The reason? When he was younger - 16, maybe - he had a girlfriend. A Spaniard came along and wooed her with his accent and charms, so Fiesta changed his name and started acting and speaking like he was from Spain. It hasn't worked, but he's hoping to get his girlfriend back. Maybe it's because of the harsh breakup, maybe it's because of jealousy. Nobody really knows why he's doing this; all they know is that he wants love, and will do anything for it.

This adorable JBD's name will be Party. His full name is PartyAnimal,but they call him Animal or Party for short.

Party will be a male. He was an unknown gender when he was born,but his parents found out as he grew because of how playful and active he was.

PartyAnimal is exactly 16 years old. He is 16 years and 4 months,along with 3 days.

he loves the game 'Pin the tail on the JBD'. he thinks it is a fun game because you are blindfolded and everyone tries to tell you to go left when it is actually right! and most of the time,other JellyBean Dragons don't get the tail on it exactly. He also likes it because it is very mysterious of where to put the tail,because you are blindfolded! His favorite part of the game is when you take off the blindfold and realize you didn't put the tail exactly on the correct spot,and everyone,including you gets to laugh and have a fun time!

overnight on parties,he tends to go overboard and starts pulling out all-nighters. all-nighters means you stay up after 12:00 or 1:00 am.
