I knew this kia was a female the moment I saw her, I just couldn't see a male with that hair. I know you showed another ref with short hair but it didn't look good with the main design.... at least to me...

The Lone Wolf
Calypso is an expressive, bold and nocturnal kiamara. She dislikes the day and is usually sleeping through it, while she stays up and is active at night. This leads to her not being very interactive with other kiamaras, so she is quite the lone wolf. She doesn’t like to talk to other kias or share. She fine with being alone, she couldn’t careless if everyone stared at her and whispered about her, she’s fine being the centre of attention, even if its in a bad way. Callie is easy to anger and always yelling from every other kiamara’s point of view; the only problem with that is they’ve never actually witnessed the true Calypso. They’ve never interacted with Callie except when she’s been woken up and is tired, but if one was to talk to her at night they’d see that she is kind, friendly, energetic and fun. Calypso has the perfect mix of interests. She likes to slow down and admire the beauty of nature but is also fast and smart.

Same colour as eyes. They become white towards the center and have black stripes that start thin at the bottom and become thick near the top. The tip is black. Two hang from her headband, one hangs from her necklace and three are braided into her tail.

Calypso's Backstory
A grey kiamara stood on a rock by a still river reflecting the moon. In her mouth was a baby kiamara, looking identical to her. The mother was fleeing, her mate was mad. He had wanted a son, but he had a daughter. She slipped and accidentally tumbled into the river, the baby in her mouth. The little kiamara let out a high-pitched squeak and they were both instantly soaked. Though the river was calm, it was very deep. The mother did not know how to swim so she paddled madly to keep her kit above the water. The current started taking them away. After a short ride the water started becoming swifter, the current stronger. Soon the mother heard the roaring of the waterfall. Shocked and afraid, the mother almost dropped the little kiamara in her mouth. The tried to swim away, but the current was too strong, the waterfall was very close. The current sped up even more. She saw the water end up ahead. The mother made a desperated swing with her head and tried to through the baby kiamara out of the river. Devastated, the mother realised, her throw had been short. She and the baby, already separated, tumbled over the edge of the waterfall. the water engulfed them both. Perhaps it was the shock, the cold water, the absence of her mother. The little kimara's eyes and ears were instantly alert as she was carried down the edge of the cliff. Suddenly the little kiamara's head banged against a rock and everything went black. When she woke, there was no warmth, no sun, no scent of her mother. The little one was laying on the bank of the river, the waterfall roaring in the distance. She looked around for her mother, her vision blurry. She started wailing. Nearby, an old kimara heard her. He rushed to her and picked her up. Her head was red with dried blood. He took her away and cared for her, after a long search for the mother. The old kiamara's name was Crypt, and he named the young, grey kiamara with crystal eyes, Calypso.
