;;The reason i chose this song for this kia,is because it explains his personality perfectly.
So perfectly that i'm surprised i even found a song like this.
Atala is different,and see's the world in a way others do not.

He's probably the most complex character i have come up with so far.

Why I want him?

When I first saw him, the first thing that popped into my head was a butterfly.
I am a sucker for butterflies, and flowers. I love looking and learning about different kinds of them. My other Kia "Nemesia" is based on a flower, so I figured they would be perfect together!
His character speaks out to me,since it's so free spirited and different,i always loved coming up with complex character traits and such,so i was instantly attached to him once i though up one. ♥

Amaterasu (天照)
The meaning of Amaterasu is 'shining over heaven'. It is a feminine given name of Japanese origin, taken from the name of the Shinto Sun goddess, Amaterasu-ōmikami, which translates as 'the great August kami who shines in the heavens'. All of the Emperors of Japan are said to be direct descendants of Amaterasu.
I chose this name because her pink gradient colour scheme, combined with the blues and creams in her coat, reminded me of a sunrise. I wanted a name to do with sun that was not exactly common. My friend suggested I used Japanese deities, and I immediately remembered how important the sun goddess is to Shinto beliefs.

The sun has often been considered feminine, and this is no exception. It's not simply because of the pink in her design that I believe this Kia to be female. Put simply, the creams and pastel shades give her a vintage, delicate appearance, and the darker shades make her appear rather classy. To me she looks like a graceful young lady.

It took a while, but the song that I eventually decided on as Amaterasu's theme is

A Realistic Logical Ideologist (現実的論理主義者) — IA

Here are the English lyrics as well. I decided that this song showed an interesting personality and story — Someone who realises the reality of the world but yet is still an idealist and a dreamer — Amaterasu understands that people do not see her for who she is, but isn't willing to provoke conflict by confronting people over it. I'll let you interpret the lyrics as you want. I also thought that the 'singer's' colours fitted rather well, since IA is associated with pinks and creams.

Why do I want her?:

This kia would be my very first - automatically making her extremely important to me. The first of something is always held close to my heart~ The actual colours are beautiful and her design is so bold, (I really love the fact that you used a dark navy/blue instead of just plain black) I could go on forever about it for ages. The colours chime with me on a personal level and it would lovely to call this kia my own.
