══════════════════╗
ZERYPH
══════════════════╝The snow whipped past my feet and the storm overhead was only getting worse, my hours were being limited by every minute and every breath felt like my last. My tail felt numb and frozen as well as my mane and ears. My fluffy was not built for these conditions. The only things I could remember were the past details leading up to the fatal situation...
I stirred under the large blankets that sheltered me from the stranger, or, at least the stranger to me. You see the truth of the matter is I'm a pet, my master rescued me and trained me to think like your average domesticated dog. My master had the wonderful idea of leaving me with a neighbor while she traveled to escape the winter that lay ahead. Even though light snow had been falling for over a week now. The stranger reached out her hand for me to sniff but I remained uninterested and snapped the air (I'm not usually this violent but I wasn't taking any risks) She got fed up and ripped my shelter from my back and kicked the bed. I yelped in surprise and bolted for the other side of the yard, which was holding the thickest snow on the property. Freezing from my legs down I stood in my spot and growled at every attempt she made to get near me. With her patience wearing thin she raged back into the house. I snickered at the humans pathetic attempts and proudly marched back to my safe cosy bed. The wind picked up blowing rain and snow and my face. The tables quickly turned as thunder pierced the skies and I was venerable to what ever nature intended to throw I me. I jumped off my bed and scratched the glass doors almost cracking the thick glass. I howled like a dog (Humiliating, yes.) But It seemed the displeased guest had left. I sat still and the wind had only picked up. In desperation I Battered the glass until it gave in and tiny fragments of glass spun through the air in all possible directions. I froze in fear unaware my wonderful body was being pelted with sharp fragments of glass. That is, until I actually felt it. I ran into the house bumping into a few walls because of my pain and searched for a human to give me something (To make the pain stop of course) But my stupid mind just realized no one was going to come. The snow seemed so soft and it didn’t look like the storm would erupt into a flurry any time soon. With this I decided my best option would be to travel to the neighbors house and find help there. What a terrible mistake I made...
It was only 10 minutes in and my legs ached not only from the tiny pieces of glass but the snow and ice that tore at my heels. My pelt made me near invisible and the rouge and white landscape made all sights impossible to see. I trudged through the snow with my head bowed shielding the icy wind. My mane whipped at my face and I was in no position to bother to flick it back. Distracted by my mane my leg naturally paced forward only to never reach the ground as I plummeted down a narrow shaft. I was fortunate enough to be saved by the thick snow that lay on the ground. Now, to be honest the shaft wasn’t exactly that tall, for a human it would be cake to climb back up. But my size only reached nearly half their size so this was no easy escape. My vision became foggy and I panicked hoping I could escape while my vision was a good as it was going to get. I clambered up the sloping walls and try to build and conquer mounds of snow with the little strength I had left. My body was tiring and bruised. I collapsed to the ground and lay still in the cold snow. I rolled onto my belly and put my feet up in the air with my tail curled around me. I figured if in the unlikely event someone was going to rescue me I may as well give them a head start. Which brings us to the beginning. Oh why, why was I so stupid. I close my eyes. Lifeless.
Then words I will never forget “Someones hurt!” Cried a overlooking somebody “Quick!”. My eyes snapped open to see a foggy figure on the top of the shaft, not as tall as a human, but a little bigger than me. Another emerged soon after. I quickly closed my eyes faintly and smiled upon my rescuers (not that they could see it or anything) But this time my mind drifted off and become absent as I drifted into a lovely dreamland. I could only assume that the figures had rescued me because I awoke at the end of my backyard just in time to see my gorgeous master and her neighbor standing behind what was originally a door. I smiled as they dodged the pieces of glass and rushed to see me. “There he is!” My master exclaimed “See, he wasn’t missing after all” She smiled turning to the neighbor who replied “Looks like he has a few cuts though... and bruises. hmmm” I smiled but it soon came to my attention that they were unaware I had ever left the backyard.... Who were these figures? A faint padding on the ground caught my attention. I turned to see of course one of the figures standing by the gate. This time I could see her but only faint. Her pelt was snow white and her eyes a piercing blue. Her smiled seemed watching and content. I smiled back. She padded back into the woods with her flowing tail behind her, with 2 swift feathers on a delicate string...

Wow, my first time posting a form for a Kia! Reason is, none have caught my eye quite as much as this one. Such a beauty <3Username: Alaskie :3
Name: Arfaunquay (Said Are-fawn-key)
Story: (Thought I'd do one from Arfaun's point of view ;w; More like a poem really D:)
I am awake
Though I wasn't before
These wondrous dreams
Are nevermore
Lost in time
And lost in space
Not one friend
A familiar face
For that was then
And this is now
The icy claws of time allow
My earth to change
Beyond repair
But my once perfect world
Is hidden there somewhere..
Yeah...just pretty simple <3 Still, I hope it's enough ;3;
This is a truly beautiful Kia. The colors, the fact that it's based off a Husky, the markings.. I could go on <33
Good luck everyone - All your forms look amazing! ;w; <3

Ice cold winds battered my pelt. I could barely open my eyes. Everything was so white and the snow was up to my chest. I couldn't see a wolf-tail in front of me! My head bumped against something hard and tall. It was a tree! I curled up under it, feeling at least a little better. I decided to wait out the storm. I sharp cry rang out somewhere close. I lifted my head in surprise, What was that?
Quickly I dashed into the wild snowstorm and ran as fast as I possibly could with all this snow. I stopped and in front of me was a river, spewing shards of ice and snow in my face. When I looked up I saw a terrified wolf pup hanging from a dangling tree branch, just above the rapids. "Hang on, I'm coming to get you!", I yelled.
Scaling the tree in seconds, I inched my way forward, knowing that if I make one wrong move I could send us both plummeting to our death. Carefully I lowered my tail to the pup. "Grab a hold!" I said quickly. It yelped and grabbed my tail with its jaws. I winced but I ignored its tiny sharp teeth. I backed up safely into the tree, just in time to see the branch drop into the river, snapping on impact.
As soon as we were on the ground, I let out a sigh of relief. The pup looked at me with big blue watery eyes. I then noticed it was no wolf, but a husky pup! "Whats your name?" I asked gently, emotions bubbling up inside of me. You see, I was raised by a family of huskies when my real parents abandoned me.
"M-my names Mishka" The little pup replied, snuggling into my fur.
"C'mon Mishka, let's get you home"

Hi! My owner's called .:legendary:., but you can call her Legend. C:
She's looking for a dream Kimaria, and she think I am the one!
My name? Oh, that's Kōri, which means 'ice in Japanese.
It fits, don't you think?
"One day I was hungry for some fruit. I wanted to find those delicious blackberries only found in human gardens! When I eat them , the sweet flavor spreads around in my mouth and...oh whatever, I'm getting off track. Anyways, I went out of my den and a windy breeze hit me. (I lived in Alaska) I shook myself and carried on. A pungent scent drifted across the land and into my nose, and made me splutter in disgust. Yuck! What a horrible scent! What could have done that? I wondered. Tracking the scent, it led to a babby skunk huddled in a corner near a trash can. Let me get this strait, skunks aren't native to Alaska and you don't really ever find them there either. I turned away in disgust. I turned back.Half of my wanted to protect the young skunk, but the other half didn't. Finally, the helping side dominated and I padded toward the skunk. The animal turned his head to face me. From the way he looked, he was starved and tired. I totally forgot about the blackberries and nuzzled him. He made a happy little squeak.
'My name is Nocteacdie," the skunk said, "I think I crossed the border.'
'Come to my den, then you will be safe' I assured his. Weakly, he took a step and followed me back to my den. (226 words!)
