i have been on the run for so many weeks now, after failing to fight off a huge, invading creature.
it's still coming after me. but a quick question... if it only wants me, why did it destroy everything?
i just arrived, one afternoon, and began to tear every thing down.
i know it is a creature from an ancient tale...a tale that might hold the key to undoing,my,my mistake.
i thought i could face it, but i couldn't, and because of my arrogance, everything was destroyed. my home, my family, my best friend... they are all gone, all dead.
the tale might hold the key to reversing it, if only i could remember...

I remeber! the tale of the magic sandglass... the monster is a terabithyian, a creature from the very depths of the nightmare palace... if i could only get there i might be able to reverse this.
so, i'm going to the nightmare palace and will face whatever trials await me there...

Long, long ago, in the days of old, when dragons mixed freely with the nightmare creatures, and danced with them in beatuiful dreams, there was a beautiful princesss.
she was the daughter of the sea sultan, king of the sea dragons.
it had been foretold that his daughters hatchling would murder him for his gold and jewels, so he locked her away, guarded by the firece terabithyian, so that no male dragon may ever set eyes on this loveliest of treasures.
however, no matter how hard the sultan tried, he could not trick fate, and a hatchling came to pass, even with no father.
the angry serpent immediatley resolved to kill his grandhatchling, before he himself was deprived of his life.
however, he couldn't bring himself to do it, seeeing such beatuy in the young dragon.
he instead turned his anger upon the terabithyian, which he trapped in a magic sandglass.
he gave it to his granddaughter, and swore one day she would open the sandglass and the rage of the terabithiyan would be be unleashed upon her...
oh, i can't remember it. i'm doomed.
still, i must contiue to the palace of nightmares, and try to think of it on my way.
I now enter the demon road, and leave my village. i must admit, for the first time in my life, i'm really scared....

He is very shy despite his tough look. He loves to
hide from others and he loves the sun, he is often
found rapped around a very large rock in the warm
sun. He loves beanies {baby beans} he feels more
comfortable around the younger ones than adults
or elders. He hopes that some day he can become
a teacher too! He is also a veggy {prefers fruit,
strawberrys to be exact} eater, no meat for this guy!

name: Deki Metsuki (meaning 'bright eyes')

Gender: Male

Short personality: The sneaky little rascal. Mischievous and sly, that's for sure. Deki's always getting in trouble. Usually the result of his pranks and 'games' (which almost always lead in someone getting harmed in some way shape or form) or his short temper. Of course the snake-like dragon doesn't mean to be snappy, but he naturally seems to have a short fuse.

Deki's actually very acute, aware, cunning, proud, vain, and vicious. He has a very agile mind and his body itself is very swift and flexible. However, when just being himself, Deki doesn't usually pay mind to what others think and can be blunt and a bit rude. Some may even find him mean, but others that are tough around the edges and know how to brush those redundant comments off, can handle a little bit of criticism (Deki's also a perfectionist and tends to grate on people's nerves with his corrections over everything) and tend to actually like him for who he is. Because of course only other people need the corrections, he's perfect in every way after all (or so he believes).

Deki also insists on going all the way, never half-doing things. This is good in some situations (Such as how he does his work with a full heart), and bad in others (Like how he hates people being right when he's not, and tends to use his 'agile mind' for more harsh things... like pranks ,tricks, and revenge).

I know he doesn't seem to have the perfect personality, but when I saw him and began actually creating his character, this was the personality that I came up with and I actually really like his character now. And no, it wasn't random (well, not all of it). I actually do have a pet snake who doesn't mind me petting him, but otherwise he's cranky and snappy and only gets cuddly when he want's to be. If I try to touch him otherwise, he'll glare me down and hiss. Meanie. Yet when people come over he loves to slither out of his hole and show off his pretty colors.

Short personality: Unlike many creatures, Chalice is a free spirit. Chalice is always one to attempt to cheer everyone up and get upset when he cannot cheer other Jellybean dragons up. Like the bright colors on his coat, he has very hyper moments before almost calming down as if he is tired out from his swift moments of being so happy. His favorite catch phrase of his own is "Oh well, the sun will shine another day! And look, you'll get to see someone absolutely brilliant... Me!" This brings up another part of his personality, he is arrogant and cocky some days, usually when the sun isn't shining but on the contrary, he absolutely loves rains and thunderstorms. "They highlight my beautiful coat, bathing in the amazing light." Mainly, however, this bean is absolutely cheery and flirtatious to other beans, especially girls. Since his coat is that of a snake-like pattern, he enjoys dragging out the words that end with the letter s, as well as being dramatic and sneaky when he wants to be. This bean has an extremely active conscience, he absolutely hates being snarky to other beans but if he feels they deserve it, he will try his hardest not to dwell on it, calling his outbursts --whether energetic or angry-- "violent and absolutely uncouth". He enjoys reading as well as drawing though his drawing skills aren't as nice as he believes them to be. "One day, I want a female bean who sees potential in everything, and doubts nothing; except the bad things... I want her to doubt the bad things so I can try to protect her. And succeed in protecting her, I shall." He really is a romanticist, however, he isn't too keen on letting that show, though he doesn't try to hide his liking for romantic feelings. He is pretty passive when he isn't right, trying hard not to let it show --however, if you prove him wrong, be ready to face a prank-- he absolutely enjoys pranking other dragons and even dares enough to take it too far.

Short personality:
Sepion is secretive and quiet, just like snakes (even though hes a dragon). He will only go near or talk to you if he truly trusts you. Though, he may start a short conversation if he really has to, but that is very unlikely! Sepion keeps his distance, and if someone tries to attack or hurt him, he will jump right at them as if they are his prey. Don't underestimate Sepion, you'll regret it!

Sepion is also very self-centered, that is. If he doesn't care for you, you're not gonna get royalty, or even a kind gesture. Don't expect gifts if you are not his favored friend (which he won't have many). If Sepion really does truly and greatly trust you, he will protect you as a mother Python protects her eggs. But when you get into a fight with him, he will disrespect you until HE gets the best apology from you! But sometimes, even when he gets the apology, that trust is well broken, and he won't trust you ever again. Sepion doesn't really like socializing, though, he is quite friendly sometimes. Even when he is in a good mood, he won't be too nice, unless he really likes you. Since Sepion doesn't like socializing, he can be very brief with a chat!

If you're lucky enough, you'll get a smile. Even if you do get a smile, that doesn't mean you will see Sepion again. Sepion is very, very picky in choosing friends.

Slick is all about being slick, like a snake. He has confidence, and is vibrant. He lives his life with spinning colors, examining every detail. Slick also has an odd quirk, sticking his tongue out when he talks sometimes. Slick is a creative, colorful bean. He loves to sun bathe and stare into the sky, making up new colors. His mind is full of impossible colors and images that can never be described, but must be seen to understand. Something only Slick can do. His bright, rare personality makes up for his rather, boring snake name, making him an original.

Short personality: Freckle has a wide-variate personality. She just lives life as it comes and goes with the flow. She is sassy a lot and has a short temper, resulting in the nickname Tude for her attitude. She doesn't care for proper manners or any of that fancy stuff, she just likes being her tomboyish self. She throws a fit when having to dress especially fancy (even though she can naturally wear some girly accessories) but eventually she'll get over it, even if that means she's nasty for the rest of the day. Freckle can be nice, and actually would be considered nice if you had to choose wether she is mostly nice or evil. She can have a numerous side and can be lovable with those who she wants.
