Very thin clouds found very hight up (from 60,000 - 100,000 feet or 18 to 30 km high) They are most commonly seen around sunrise and sunset times of the day. She likes the way they catch the dawn or dusk colours, and likes to pretend she's flying among them. Here's a beautiful example of nacreous clouds.
