name;; Suchin - A Thai name for girls meaning "beautiful thought," which I think is a lovely name and a lovely meaning and generally just lovely in every way. I also think it ties in well with the theme of tigers; they are very greatly revered in Asia, though I am particularly thinking of Southeast Asia, which is a rich native habitat for them. Many cultures define tigers by words referring to their power, grace, beauty, etc.
gender;; Female
short personality;;

I see her as a very cool type of person/dragon/whatever. Cool as in cooool. Like she's just a really fun, awesome person/dragon/whatever to be around and hang out with. She has a very wicked competitive streak, however. She is very empathetic, and often has a lot of
feels. Can be a little arrogant at times, but generally snaps out of it pretty easily. She enjoys just a little bit of preening. She has just a little bit of insecurity, which would cause her to flee if she got into a fight. She'd hesitate, and think about it, but it'd get to her eventually and she'd just run. She can't stand small spaces or being cornered, trapped, or otherwise tied down. She is a recovering idealist, now merely an optimist. c;
art;; Please excuse this horrifically ugly/scary abomination. I am still working on the lines, and the markings on this one are vastly more confusing than the others I have done. The proportion just looks weird.

short story;;
Who could have known that a trip to the zoo could go so very, very
wrong? She'd expected to have a fun, exciting day with her friends at the zoo, looking at strange and exotic animals and eating sugary treats she did not normally get to enjoy. And for a while, that's exactly what Suchin did: she saw hippos and giraffes and monkeys and
huge lizards, and practically made herself sick with far too much cotton candy. But she got more than a little attention, due to her exotic pelt; it was one thing for her friends, none of whose fur patterns looked particularly animal-like, to walk around in public, but it was entirely another for what appeared to be a
tiger to take a trip to the
zoo.
The old, nearly blind caretaker (wandering around the park during peak hours, for some ungodly reason) took one short look at her, squinting, and immediately looped a rope around her neck, intent on bringing Suchin back to her "feline friends." No matter how much she yelled in his hairy ear, he did not hear her; apparently, he was also deaf. She craned her neck back to give her friends a helpless plea; she couldn't just hurt the geezer by trying to escape, no matter how flat out
strange the situation was. It'd probably tear his arm off! Suchin walked as slowly as possible, still somehow outrunning the old man, while her friends ran off to find a less elderly zoo employee to save the day. Despite the snail's pace, she was facing the tiger enclosure in far less time than expected; not wanting to have the old man break a hip by resisting, Suchin allowed herself to be led inside. It took two hours to free her from the "kitty slammer."
That should be exactly 300 words. Short word limits are very hard for me. c:
