They are named Eastern Capricorn Wolves due to the fact that when born, their horns resemble miniature capricorn horns, and eventually curl up into ram horns. The "Eastern" part in their name comes from the fact that the species is only existent in the east.
He's an assassin, although his horns are somewhat more dull than your typical assassin horns.
