Runners up are given in a tie, where the judge (me) has such a hard time choosing between two or three forms, that they can't just give the JBD to one person, so they make one for the others.

I will not be giving runners up unless I have that problem, which I will find out only when judging, not before.

Is there any way I could get 2 more days? ;A; just 'til May 13th?
Because I finished all my art & everything, I just have to make it into a scrapbook, but this week is my birthday and everything's going to be crazy and hectic? ;^;
