What is a BeeCat?
A BeeCat is just that; a mix between a bee and a cat! Mostly found in places with a lot of flowers, they live in groups of up to 10, called 'Hives'. BeeCats are usually shy towards others they don't know, but once they get to know their owner they're very loyal, trusting, and inquisitive while the younger ones are more the playful, adventurous ones.

Mirage is the type of BeeCat that doesn't care about anything that has to do with feelings, it's like she shut them off- literally. She doesn't care if she is teased, Mirage doesn't care, doesn't care. There is probably only one thing in her life that she would about, and that would be who she likes or has a crush on. Other than that, she loves the play pranks, because if she gets caught, she won't care! Mirage does take care of others, but it's pretty rare, that only happens if she likes you, if not, well, it's complicated... Just don't get on her bad side.

Angelus, but call me Angel
Katarina, or Kat,
meaning "Pure"

Teen
Female

Kat is your typical teenager. So in other words, she's anything but typical. Katarina loves music, and anything to do with it, including singing. Though she'll never admit it, or sing for you, she has a wonderful voice. Kat is very friendly and loving. She loves with all of her heart, with the risk of having it shattered by anyone who walks along. But this doesn't bother her. Any time there's an excuse to do so, Katarina wishes. She'll wish on an eyelash, or a shooting star. She dreams the highest dreams she can, and always has her head in the clouds.
Art enables us to find ourselves
and lose ourselves at the same time.

Dull-colored clouds hung low in the sky, as if they were worn out from a late-night party
down the street, around the corner, and in the second house you see on the left. At least
I did.
The sky, something I always noticed, was lit with small orbs of light, which brought me
back into the memory of yesterday. Learning about the space and the cosmic world outside
of Earth. I wasn't interested in anything besides my world, but yet, the hope that something
else intelligent like us intrigued me. My friends were laughing just as they always did, about
some joke recited to them earlier. I doubted it had anything to do with the magic that was
the sky. I allowed myself to fly, just barely off the ground. I always enjoyed these short-lasting
flights. It made me feel like I was closer to my dreams. I let out a hum to a song I had made
up days ago, as I always did. As the short song ended, I let out a sigh of relief, before one of
my friends poked at my body, causing me to flinch and lower myself to the short-distanced
ground-level. "What?" my tone was rugged instead of its usual soprano. My friend looked
hurt and confused for a moment, before telling me we've arrived at the place. My face automatically
lit up. His eyes spoke confusion once more, then reverted to normal to knock on the door with
his fist. The door creaked open cautiously, door becoming wide when the door-opener detected
my friend's face, recognizing it. "Come on in, fellas!" his tone held a note of exaggeration,
but I decided to ignore it as long as I stayed away from him. Inside, a disco ball was the only
source of light, liquid smeared the carpet. I shivered. I didn't understand how anyone could
live in such an environment. Spotting a chair near the corner, I quickly decided to get it before
anyone else had a chance to snag it. Trying to be stealthy, I casually padded towards the fruit bar,
absently looking at the treats displayed, making way towards the seat. I was excited to sit myself
in the chair- I could almost feel it. Cold metal frame, slightly bent from wear and tear, rust adding
that little detail. All I knew was that I needed as little attention as possible. I was desperate.
Lunging at the chair, I grasped the sides flimsily, relieved no one had taken it while I strolled.
After examining guests and drooling at the sight of cute boys and yummy delicacies, sleep
claimed
my being before touch aroused me.
I felt prodding. Drawing my lips into a snarl, I focused my eyes on my awakener, who was my friend.
Someone I could be rude to. "What do you want?" my voice was like a hiss. He ignored
the warning growl and hiss, just as he always did. "Kat. I want you to sing." he replied,
casually as he always did. "Why?" I asked, pressing for details. "Just do it." he begged.
"No thanks." singing was the one sensitive subject for me. I didn't have the gut nor nerve
to lend my voice to the audience. I paused, trying to think of something to say. "See you later."
was all I managed to muster before stomping towards the door and leaving the filthy residence.
I hadn't forgiven my friend yet. My stomach argued to do so, but I didn't listen. Clutching my backpack
straps tightly, I awaited the bus, praying I wouldn't see his happy face today.
Just another day in the life of me.A lovely story by my friend clarinet c:
