Be glad you are unique. Without uniqueness, we would all be the same.

I would name this little girl Spice. I was looking for a unique and interesting name, and this is what I came up with. At first I thought, "Oooh! Her color's remind me of spices and herbs!" I liked the name Spice so much that it stuck, so it is now her name.

    name;; Cassandra (Cassie, Κασσανδρα)
Cassandra is a name of a combined Ancient Greek and English origin. The name means, "shining upon man," which fits this brightly colored darling very well. Cassandra was a girl in Greek mythology; a Trojan princess. The name has become less popular over the years, but hit another high point in the 20th century.

    Beautiful dreamer, wake unto me,
    Starlight and dewdrops are waiting for thee;
Sounds of the rude world, heard in the day,
Lull'd by the moonlight have all pass'd away!

    personality;;
Never have you met someone so picky and particular as Cassandra is. She's very into grouping and organizing things, and she must always be moving her hands. She likes to color coordinate things, she loves to sort through marbles, and she also likes to organize book shelves. She has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and is so very precise. She has her own way of doing everything. She must have everything done her way, or she won't have any bit of it. She chews 7 times before she swallows, she coughs, sneezes, and yawns in threes, and she always put her shoe on her left foot first. She is constantly fiddling with her hair and her feathers and fixing herself up, so she isn't able to sit still. If she thinks about something that needs to be done for too long of an amount of time, she begins feeling very stressed and irritated until she does it and gets it out of the way. Everything she does is done with such diligence that very few people can critique her ways.

Cassie is very passive and doesn't like aggression. She's attentive and she loves observing people, but she doesn't mind much what they say about her or do to her. She hears and sees everything, but she's not one to aggressively jump on to something that someone says. She gives it time, and if she really cares enough, she'll approach them later.

Cassie is very affable and is great at conducting conversations. However, once she starts up, you can't really get her to stop. She rambles on and she loves to talk. In substitute of the nickname "Chatty Kathy," Cassandra has earned herself the name of "Chatty Cassie." She really hates this nickname as it sort of puts her down, but she laughs it off when people bring it up. She isn't the best listener, but she's easy to talk to because she can keep a secret. She's very refined and great at controlling her emotions, but she's not always able to control her words. She's well cultured and is really interested in learning about the tastes of the world. Some people call her cosmopolitan because she is well-learned. She's loudly spoken and she's really proud of her accomplishments and her belief systems, so she's really bold in everything that she says. She claims that her voice "carries," because she doesn't want to admit that she's just plain loud. She's confident and she's really strong. She has so much mental and physical strength, and that's what speaks most about her to those around her.

Even though she's suave: sweet and agreeable, she's pretty careless in what she says and does. If she brings others down by saying something, she probably won't even notice. She's a huge smart Alec. She's always making negative and sarcastic remarks, and lots of people have labeled her with a very particular curse. She is very proud of her ability to come up with quick come-backs when people say something stupid. She struggles with loyalty and is incredibly fickle. Her interests change frequently, and some worry that she struggles with identity, but she knows all too well exactly who she is. Not a lot of people trust her with anything except their secrets because she is so easy to open up to. She's impulsive and despite her passive-aggression, can act on an impulse only when she is provoked. She's picky, especially with food and activities.

Her weakest point is that she can be kind of vulgar and inappropriate. To most people she's a sunshine, but she can be a thorn in your paw if you're easily offensive. She curses sometimes, which is one of the habits that she has to do on an impulse, but she's trying very hard to clean up her act. She can be crabby and surly, but most of the time she's just childish.

-- overview is: precise, particular, passive, affable, refined & cultured, loud & proud, confident, strong, careless, suave, smart Alec, fickle, impulsive, picky, vulgar, surly & childish

    short story;;
“Where are you going?” he asked. There was a spark of confusion in his eyes – hurt and pain. I turned away, avoiding his stare. It became harder to breathe as I considered the fact that I very well may never see him again. “Wherever the tide takes me,” I said, turning my back to him. I was leaving my home town. I was leaving behind my past. Everything I once knew would be alienated to me, and this boy whom I had once loved was little more than a stranger. “I thought I loved you,” he said, walking away. “But I guess I was wrong. You’re nothing more than a wanderer.”
    --
Great, unsettled ambition rose up in my throat. I was tickled by the excitement of turning a new page. Life in Holland was exceptional, but I was ready to see the world once more. Some called me a runaway, and others called me rootless, heartless; nomad. I, however, preferred to call myself a drifter. One would not understand the great emprise of constant traveling. It was a beautiful, free life. Nothing held me down. The best part was, indeed, that no one was looking for me. I’d become a free girl, a beautiful dreamer, and I had the aberrant chance to write my own fate! A little bit of adventure here and a tad sprinkle of romance there. It was a life I had chosen for myself.

I stepped foot onto the ship. It was a gorgeous vessel, large and rounded. The deck was littered with high hands cleaning, lifting the sails, and barking orders. A gruff private turned to me, holding out his hand in request of some sort of identification. “Cassandra Blackwell, sir,” I said. “I’m the young seafarer your captain requested, you see. I can work well with my hands, and I only need be on the ship for about a month. I only seek passage to the Orient, and I needn’t any wage.” I knew that it would be difficult for this man to talk me down. I was ready and willing to work, a free stowaway, and it was a rare delight that the sailors should see such a woman on board. “Ms. Blackwell, I’m afraid that we can’t take any stowaways. This ship is destined for Asia, certainly, but we needn’t any distractions from our course,” he reasoned. “I understand, sir. But perhaps this will change your mind?” I reached into my jacket’s pocket and pulled out a handful of silver coins. It was the last of my provisions that I’d taken from my mother’s house, but it was certainly enough to get me on board of the ship.” He turned and smiled at a deck hand and then faced me once more. “I suppose that we do have enough room for another hand,” he winked. I poured the money into his hand, and he walked deeper onto the deck. “That’s the last one!” he shouted. “Everyone prepare to leave the harbor!”
    --
If you had seen him, you would've loved him, too. He was a scrappy sailor boy, just like you’d imagine him to be. He had shaggy brown hair, too long to remain well-kept, and green eyes that were piercingly sick with the sea. A few cuts littered his arm, and his hands were roughly callused. It was obvious that he’d been on the ship for a while now, but was he a stowaway like me? There was no telling without first having a conversation. The private turned to me and the sunlight danced in his eyes as he produced a rough sideways smile. “I see that you’ve already found Nicholas, my dear Cassandra. Nicholas, come here!” he shouted. The disoriented boy, just a bit younger than I, turned to the man. He nodded his head and ran quickly to meet us on the deck. A sudden jerk alarmed me that the ship had begun to sail. I smiled even as sweat from the heat of the day poured down my face. I’d made it onto the ship, and I was setting sail now! “Yes, sir?” Nicholas asked the man as he suddenly appeared next to him. As I looked into his face, and then up to the older man’s face, I could clearly see the resemblance. There was no doubt that Nicholas was his son, so it was clear that he wasn’t a stowaway; he was a second generation part of the crew! “Nick, do be a good day and show Ms. Blackwell around, will you? She’ll be helping you with your duties from here on out until we reach Asia Minor.” The boy, awkwardly tall and lanky, turned to me and smiled. “Hi, I’m Nicholas,” he said. He seemed much more cheerful and less gruff than his father, and I took the hand that he reached out eagerly. “I’m Cassandra: Cassandra Blackwell,” was all that I could really manage, because I very quickly noticed that though callused, his hands were warm and soft. “Shall I show you the sleeping quarters below deck?” he asked, winking to his father. I smiled back at the old man and chased after Nicholas to the bottom of the ship.
    --
Bottles, bottles were everywhere. They littered the bottom of the ship in an alarming way, and I could still smell liquor and sickness below the deck. “Avid drinkers, I’d assume?” I asked Nicholas loudly. I’d never cared for alcohol-drinking people. The liquid was evil in a bottle. “Ah, it’s not so bad when you try it!” he said in a funny voice. I noticed how dirty his face was. This was hardly the sort of life that a boy of no more than fifteen should be living. “Once you try it?” I asked incredulously. “You’re but fifteen certainly!” I exclaimed. He seemed offended, “But I’m a part of the crew, you see! The old sea dogs treat me just as one of their own. Certainly I’ve tried it!” he exclaimed proudly. He placed his hand over his heart. “I don’t plan to drink any then,” I said. As adventurous as I was, I had no intentions to get myself, a minor, drunk at sea. Faring with all of the sea-sickness and the churning waves would prove a difficult enough challenge for me. Nick seemed bored by me, and he started wandering in circles around the messy living quarters, occasionally picking something up there, straightening something here. “This is my bed,” he said, pointing to a hard mattress. “And this will be yours,” he concluded, pointing to another nearby. “It’s our only open bed at the moment; we have quite a full crew. I suppose that this will be meaning that I’ll have to put up with you a good bit more than I thought I would, aye?” he asked with a smile. I couldn’t really tell if he was kidding or not. We didn’t seem to have a bit much in common.

“So what of your parents?” he asked, taking a seat on his own bed. “I haven’t heard anything of them. Are they not on the crew today?” he asked. “Oh, of course not,” I sighed. “I haven’t really any parents. The last I’d seen of them, they’d taken a trip away from home and never did come back for me. I wasn’t interested in living with my aunt and uncle and my countless cousins truly, which I suppose is how I ended up here. But stop asking questions that you don’t want the answer to,” I said. “It’s not good for you,” I reprimanded. It took a lot to hold my tongue from asking about his relations to the private just to confirm my suspicion, but I had already scolded him for looking into my past, and I didn’t want to seem intrusive and hypocritical, though I was certainly deathly nosy. “Have you anything to eat?” I asked. I couldn’t help but think that I hadn’t eaten in nearly two days. “Not until portions are given out this evening, I’m afraid,” he said. He spoke in a voice that led me to believe that even though he lived a very uncivilized life, he was wise beyond his years. He had rather nice grammar, though his voice was a bit odd for his size. “Who teaches you?” I asked. I couldn’t help but let the question slip as I eventually sat down on my own bed, our knees touching. “I’m sorry,” I blushed. “I couldn’t help but notice that you’re very smart for your age and er… situation.” He looked me straight in between the eyes. “And what am I to take out of that? You think all sailors are unintelligible? Should I rather be speaking jargon to you just now?” he asked. “My father taught me,” he said. “I’m sure you already knew that, though. You seem keen of paying good attention to detail.” I shifted uncomfortably on the bed, moving my knee so that it rubbed even closer on his. “I suppose so,” I said. “Now is there any duty we should be doing?”
    --
Of course there was something we should be doing! Where the work began, the work never ended. That was a motto that I was bound to keep in mind for the rest of my voyage, as Nicholas had spent a great deal of time drilling it into me. As I sorted through the potatoes with the cook, I turned to Nicholas and smiled. “That was the last one!” I exclaimed. “What next?” I asked. I was tired and my arms had begun to ache from various tasks. Carrying flour bags, sorting through vegetables, and scrubbing the deck was hardly an ideal job, but I was having a lot of fun. Nick and I had constantly been talking, and we’d taken a good liking to each other. I even dared say that after only the first day, we’d become great friends, despite our differences. I’d even developed a good deal of a crush on him, as though I was always particularly intelligent, I was as playful as a child and had always taken an interest in younger boys. “Next is supper,” he exclaimed, running up the stairs to the deck. “Oh, thank goodness,” I sighed in relief, chasing after him. “I’m famished.”
    --
I walked out onto the deck, hand in hand with Nicholas, just in time to catch the sunset. There had been many questions at dinner. Who was I? Where did I come from? What happened to my parents? How long would I be here? People had already begun making comments about how close Nick and I had immediately become. I had to admit, he was quite admirable and sweet, but I wasn’t sure just how much I knew about him yet! On the contrary, though, it seemed as though he knew everything about me now. He knew all about my intentions, and he knew about how I really just wanted to travel, and then leave and start over. There’d been a huge uproar about my plans, but the sea dogs as they all referred to themselves said they’d refuse to abandon a pretty little lady like me at shore. I pleaded with them, letting them know that I was strong and independent. I could certainly make friends on my own, and did they doubt that? I couldn’t really get over the fact that he – Nick – had seemed disappointed when he learned that I hadn’t planned to stay. As far as he was concerned, I was settled in for a pirate’s life, just like him. But this wasn’t the life for me, even if it truly fit for him. We took a seat near the front of the ship so that I could see the water. “Have you ever seen a sunset at sea before?” he asked me. I shook my head, and within moments, the sky was filled with dancing pink, orange, and white auroras. Heavy, lingering minutes passed by until he finally turned to me. “So this is what your life has become?” he asked. “You travel, you take a heart, and then you leave again? You’re not far from a vagabond. Would you mind if I broke that pattern?”

And even though I knew I couldn’t stay, this was the night that I started my first true adventure: Love.

      why her?
Without a doubt, Cassie is my dream Kiamara. I saw her and immediately connected with her, and I knew I had to try out for her. I chose her for her bright colors skillfully coated with the natural black-brown. I love the swirly sun-like marking on her shoulder. <3 I got a huge idea for her personality when I saw her, because I knew just what I wanted her to be like. I incorporated some parts of myself into her likes and dislikes, but also some polar opposites (I'm not a fan of country music and I definitely prefer word searches to cross-word puzzles to name a few c;). I'm so intrigued by the design, though, because she's impeccably perfect. :') Something about her reads "strength" to me, and that's why I knew she was the one.

Hi! I'm excited for trying out for this Kiamara. I love the colour scheme and the dark markings, the eyes colour gets me too! Good luck to all! The winner will have a great kiamara!

Anyhow, a little about me: I've started trying out for kiamaras recently and I'm super excited. I've tried for a few others but that was mainly because I wanted to own a Kiamara, not because I loved it. This one I love!

n a m e
Zanora
I like the ring to this name. I don't know if you know what I mean but this Kiamara...the name...it must start with a Z. I just...feel it! I had a lot of names come to mind... but they were names that belonged to shows and stuff and I didn't really want to use them. But this is a pretty name. I like the ring to it. I think it has this...exotic feel that matches this kia's pelt. The bright orange and beautiful design...everything about her. I think tropical and exotic. So I like this name.

Everyone calls her Zanora but sometimes, a family member or a close friend will call her Nora. She doesn't like this so it is not used often. She tries to ignore it but sometimes... just go to her personality.

p e r s o n a l i t y
Strong Brave Caring Loner Hurt Proud Forgiving
Zanora is a strong, loyal and brave kia. Though she's never experienced loyalty from family or 'friends' she knows the importance of it. She will not stop at anything if someone is in danger, often putting herself at risk to save them, even though they never thank her or give her something in return. She's devloped the motto "Giving is not recieving" in relation to that. She knows to never expect anything in return for good deeds.
---
Her medical knowledge often comes in handy since she has to take care of herself. Zanora is a loner at heart, not caring much for company, but this was not an original aspect of her. It must have developed as she adjusted to living alone in a secluded forest. In contrast to everything about that, she is caring and will take someone in as long as they need, though most kias leave the first chance they get.
---
Deep inside, Zanora is very hurt and lonely. Probably since she misses the days when she had a loving family. not that she ever did, but her brother was always kind to her, and he inspired her to be kind. The only reason Zanora isn't a grumpy, mean, loner is because her brother taught her the good qualities of a kiamara. And she bears them with honor. She doesn't care if others ridicule her, tease her, throw things at her. She's an outsider, but she's always there for everyone.

s h o r t s t o r y
"Get her! Get her!" Zanora was running for her life. She skidded to a stop as something flew past her head and shattered on the ground in front of her, pelting her with sharp little pieces, but nothing pierced her fur. She jumped over to pile of rubble and continued running. They were chasing her, her own kind, her friends and family. She had been the oddball in her family; the last one born, the one with the wierd fur. All she had wanted to do was help, help the sick. But when one died she was blamed. "Get her! Her so called medicine killed one of us!" Zanora raced into the forest and jumped into a tree, trembling. She dared not breathe. One movement could alert the angry mob chasing her. The angry Kiamaras raced past, not noticing her. Zanora cried quietly in the tree. She stayed there, for a long time. It could've been minutes, it could've been hours. The mob didn't come back. Cheeks still wet with tears, Zanora jumped out of the tree and slowly trudged away from home. She heard thinder in the distance. "Better find shelter." she murmured. "The storm won't hold off that long." She picked up the pace, knowing it was dangerous to be in a forest during a lightning storm.
---
Zanora was dripping wet when she crawled into a cave. It was dark and spooky, but dry. Lightning flashed outside, illuminating the inside of the cave. Zanora gasped. A motionless, kiamara was heaped on the ground in front of her.she cautiously approached it. When she got closer she noticed it was female, and sick. The breathing was harsh and the kiamara's eyes were closed. Zanora looked around, wondering why she was here by herself. It was a young kiamara and shouldn't be wandering alone, let alone while she was sick! Zanora dashed out of the cave and was soaked in an instant. She came back with a bunch of wet leaves. The sick kiamara's condition hadn't changed. She looked around for some rocks and quickly started smashing the leaves into pulp. After it was finished she tried to make the sick kiamara take the pulpy substance. It was a much harder job than she'd anticipated. After what seemed like forever, the sick kiamara swallowed the leaves. Zanora left the kiamara alone for the night.
---
Zanora awoke the next morning because she thought she'd heard something. She looked around to find that the sick kiamara had disappeared. "Oh no! Where could she have gone?" She poked her head out of the cave and saw a tail disappear into the forest. Zanora turned back into the cave sadly. No one wanted her around, not even one whose life she'd saved. Zanora narrowed her eyes. She didn't care. She kenw she was special, nobody else needed to. She'd start a new life, a free one, where no one contradicted her.

Personal Interview
Black=you |||| Orange=Zanora
Tell me a little about yourself.
Hi! My name is Zanora as you already knew. I'm female and I'm a teenager. I was exiled from the town i was born in for unknown reasons. Now I live deep in a forest, alone. I do not mind it that much. I collect plants and herbs and use them to make all-natural recipies for healing.

What are your favourites?
Oh goody! I love telling people my favourites! In case you're wondering what this is: favourites are just a list of things that are your favourite like food, games and other things! Let's get started!
*Food
I like tropical and exotic fruits. These include: mangos, pomegranites, pineapples, oranges and coconuts. Those are my favourite foods!
*Colour
My favourite colour is this bright blue!
*Thing to do
I like making pots! All kinds of pots, that's what I make. I use them to hold all kinds of herbs, flowers and natural things which I turn into medicine! Pretty cool! I love to help those who come to me with all-natural recipies that I create myself!
*Place
Place? What do you mean by that? I only see my home...I don't really know places outside of the forest I live in. But I do love my home so I guess that's my favourite place.
*Plant
Interesting you ask. I was just thinking about it! It's called a mushroom. Oh! You got me, mushrooms aren't plants! Alright, I'll tell you my favourite plant! It's a raspberry plant. I love the berries it has!

What's your history?
I gave you enough in the short summary about me!

Ʋƨɛяиαмɛ: Macabre Midnight
Иαмɛ: Dendrobatidae. Dendro for short. Her design reminds me of a poison dart frog, and Dendrobitidae is the scientific name for it. Besides, Dendro seems to suit her, don't you think?
Image

Ƥɛяƨσиαℓιтʏ: Dendro is a rambunctious girl, who enjoys bounding around in the bushes and grass, getting dirty and having lots of fun. She is not shy at all, she loves to make friends, to make people laugh. Her biggest hobby is flying kites probably, because she has always wanted to fly. To soar through the air would be an awesome experience, and she really hopes to go hang gliding or something one day.
She is afraid of the dark, and loathes the thought of things jumping out to attack her- it's just plain frightening! She hasn't told anyone, though, so she acts tough. Inside, she's just a big wuss.

Her favourite food is lime jelly with the fruit bits inside. All the wobbly bobbling? Yum! She can usually be found with a small jelly cup, it's just too yummy to leave home without! Wobble... wobble... Yum-o!
Her favourite holiday would have to be Halloween, because she is allowed to be afraid of things then, and she doesn't have to act tough. Plus, all that candy makes her mouth water! Babe Ruth bars, snickers, skittles, maltesers, and all that sweet stuff! That's right, this little gal has a massive sweet tooth! You know the size of a mammoth's tusk? Yeah, her sweet tooth is bigger!
As for dislikes, she doesn't like working with ladybugs- she's afraid she would squish them! She also hates the sound of snail’s shells crunching! It's the sickest, saddest sound in the world! She loves snails an awful lot, and to have one of her little buddies homes broken? It's sad!
Ƨнσят ƨтσяʏ: A rustling sound could be heard coming from the bushes behind their camp site. The eldest girl, Maccy, shifted her position so that she could look to the bushes behind her. She was met with a furry creature tackling her back to the ground, licking at her face. She cried out, and tried to push it away, it was heavy, and it was scary! The light of the fire enhanced the thing’s teeth, and it’s wild eyes, making it seem almost demonic! She cried out in fear, to push it off. She rolled away, and sat up against a log.
Her eyes went wide when she saw the animal clearly, her glorious fur, and her bright smile. Letting out a laugh, she put a hand to her chest. That monster had only been Dendro, the Kiamara! She leapt to her side, resting her head on her lap, watching the fire. Really, she wasn’t scary, she was just like a giant puppy dog. Including the fact that she was drooling all over Mac’s jeans now the she was asleep!

username;; Modest
name;; Bumble (she reminded me of bees <3)
personality;; Bumble has a "buzzing" personality, you could say. She is very sociable and friendly. She is groggy and grumpy in winter though, but very kind and sweet in spring, summer, and fall. She is thoughtful, generous, helpful, and adventurous too. Since she is adventurous, she has a high curiosity as well.

God forbid that the world should ever become as grey and dull
as the minds of so many of it's inhabitants.

As you can probably tell from the title,
I would choose to name this sweetheart Jameelah
(or Jam to all of her friends). The name, of African origin,
means beautiful, which was my first thought
when I laid eyes on her.

Artistic Sassy Kind Childish Flirtatious
Jam has an extremely broad personality! She is tremendously artistic, and sees beauty in the simplest of things, such as sunny weather or a day at the beach. This bright kiamara also has an extremely sharp tongue if you cross her! Though she doesn't use it much, Jameelah has a fantastic gift for winning arguments and getting her own way. But, instead of arguing, Jam would much rather be donating her time to charities or volunteer work, often gaining inspiration through such experiences. Jam also tends to be rather silly at times, and loves to have fun above all else, and she always knows how to help someone have a great time, no matter who they are!

Stubborn Blunt Dependant Immature Fickle
Everyone has their flaws, and Jameelah is no exception. Though she rarely does, if this girl decides to argue, you'd best step back! Jam will not rest until she's made her point clear, and she is often called as stubborn as a mule for it. Though she tries to be nice to everyone, especially people she doesn't know well, if a close friend asks her opinion on something, Jam will not sugar-coat it! She will tell them exactly what she thinks, good or bad. Sometimes, Jameelah tends to take her childish attitude too far, and can, on occasions become slightly clingy or whiny when stressed or tired.

“She wasn’t always like that, you know.”

Your friend’s voice interrupts your gaze. You turn to her. “What?”
“Jameelah. She wasn’t always that positive.”
You aren't sure about that. The bubbly orange kia has been a happy-go-lucky ever since you first met her. You look over to her again as she bounds around the carnival grounds, unaware that her friends aren’t following.
“You want to know what changed, don’t you?” My friend pressed quietly.
“I-No! It’s none of my buis-...Actually....yeah.” You give in. It’s not like it’ll do any harm knowing. Your friend wears a triumphant smirk.
"From what I've heard, it went like this..."
