Why does it seem so happy?
Well, why not? She has tons of great friends, and she's constantly laughing her head off at some stupid joke. She prefers to be happy instead of sad or angry, because as they say, "Ignorance is bliss." She has a lot to be thankful for, and just so happens to be a "glass-half-full" type of person. That's why people tend to like her so much, because of her flamboyant personality, and that makes her even happier. She loves to see them smile, and in order to earn one she has to smile herself.

Seem is right. Felicity is actually very sad. She just puts a smile on her face everyday so people think she is a happy little girl. The reason for this is

Why does it seem so happy?
To me, she looks like she's happy because she's standing in the sky without having wings.Even if she's standing on the cloud, I think that she'd fall through it if she weren't floating. Maybe she has psychic powers, since purple is usually a color seen in psychic representations. So I think she's using her powers to levitate in the air. Or it could just be the background. OR SHE JUST LIKES TO MAKE HERSELF APPEAR HAPPY TO OTHERS.

Why do you think you have psychic powers?
"Well, my parents told me that I have psychic powers because a beautiful angel had blessed me when I was born. I myself think I have them because of a rare genetic disorder in a part of my brain, which caused it to grow brain cells at a rapid pace, causing me to have an advantage in my intelligence. Since this happened, it mutated parts of my body in order for them to be able to cope with my brain, since it would send orders quickly to other parts of my body. Therefore, instead of having regular brown swirls on my back, tail, and head, they are purple, showing that this was part of the mutation's effects. To put it simply, I think I have psychic powers because of my brain......wanna go play outside before it gets dark? *smiles*"

Personality:
Scotch here is a playful and adventurous 13 year old bean, but he is somewhat sour and bitter.
He get's exasperated much to easily, mostly because of his purple pattern, sometimes people think he's a pretty little girl, that is one of the only things that bothers him. Otherwise- Scotch is always a happy little bean! He thinks about growing up an awful lot, and wont be inertly pleased until he's a teenager, so that he can do what he wants with other beans and the Adult's not think he's just a little kid. Being a kid to him is... Is like having a brain with no mind! Icecream that's melted! He can't stand it- although he loves the simple fact he can get away with a lot of stuff, and although he wants to be a big bean, he knows he'll get older like the others- but wont grow because of his YSF-C, and becoming big and strong is just another dream to be drempt. Scotch get's into things really easily, he is adventurous and is always going through other beans stuff and making things out of it, he simply is nosey- That's the word. Scotch is not loud, though he loves to be happy, he is rather quiet and seems calm until something really excites him. Hop-Scotch loves reading, he is actually somewhat geeky, which gets him picked on, and sometimes even called bitter and terrible names by the other small beans because of his purple coloring and his love of Anime and manga- that's what he likes to read by the way- His favorites are Hetalia, Pokemon and Homestuck though. Scotch actually has a little kid crush on Ambersweet, I mean... WHO WOULDN'T?! He is very flustered about that, and knows he has no chance and is probably with some one else... But.. -Sigh... Sometimes Scotch has small bursts of depression because of being picked on, but it never lasts- Because over all, he is simply a; happy, young, fun loving, adventurous bean!~

Hop-Scotch is so happy, mostly because He got some new Anime Cd's!~ He's really excited about that- but what's actually gotten him all in a fluff, is something really simple really... He got a new scarf and glasses! He'd wanted a scarf for a long time to ware around like he's awesome- or so he feels pretty awesome when wearing it. And the glasses, there big black rimed geek glasses, and he needs them because he's blind as a bat! But he also likes the glasses very much<3

Scotch has a Scarf, it's a nice thick and warm scarf with light purple and darker tan stripes on it, the ends are frayed into stringy bits that blow about most of the time in the wind. The scarf is long, and blows or drags behind him oftenly or all the time, but he loves it any ways and has to end up washing the scarf alot to keep dirt off of it.
Hop-Scotch also has large, black rimmed geek glasses, with the little silver shinny part in the corners. You may know what i'm talking about, there a signature geek look. He sometimes gets fairly ashamed about the glasses, but he loves them so it doesn't matter.
And last, but not least! His leg warmers, how he loves his awesome striped leg warmers, that nearly match his scarf to perfection!<3
