Well it was a hard decision and I will be making more non-owner jbds, I'm also accepting Pallets for consideration but now time to tell you who I've chosen.

There was one runner up. And that is for littlytiny; Your form was amazing. While it wasn't the quirk I was looking for; it was unique enough that I thought it to be extra special and have decided to award you this. <3

The grand winner though has to go to Wolfeh; who got the quirk I was looking for spot on. When I created this jbd I was thinking of Flowers and was looking for a quirk involving them. I had picked out a few of my other ones involving astronomy but I had kept going back to hers.

So congrats on being a new jbd owner Wolfeh; and sorry folks that didn't get this girly. I will always be looking for new pallets and plan on putting up for contests for non-owners for a while. Good luck on your future jbd tryouts and of course feel free to PM me any time.
