The other side has an eagle painted on. It symbolizes the eagle that I earned my feathers from and how it has become a part of me. It is also to show my thanks to the spirits of nature for their gifts

Short Biography:
My tribe always knew I was special from the moment I was born. Many describe me as well composed and always ready for action. This is true when the situation requires it, but normally I prefer to be relaxed and enjoy the beauty of nature. I see myself as a friendly Kia and I enjoy making new friends. I like hiking in the woods and creating art to help keep myself a part of nature, but I also appreciate some of the joys of the modern world such as dubstep and skateboarding. My loyalty will always be with my tribe and those I love, and I will do anything to protect them. I am told that my gray eyes reflect wisdom well beyond my years and some even say I am the reincarnation of our great founding chief. All I know is that if you are someone I care about I will always be there for you to help, at any time and in any situation.

      username ; Dewey
      name of kia ; Amaro :: meaning "strong."
        { Amaro earned this name when he was a young pup, when all pups prove what they were and being rewarded a name that represented them. Amaro, bravely, took on a kia of a bigger size, swiftly defeating him with a quick flahs and blow to the side, knocking the kia to the ground. The kia had the look of astonishment in his eyes as he gazed with the others at this surprisingly strong pup. With a swift nod, the cheiftains came to the name Amaro as this pup's warrior name. Amaro the Strong. }
      gender ; Male
      what symbol is painted on the other side? ; kokopelli
      Wikipedia wrote:{ Kokopelli is a fertility deity, usually depicted as a humpbacked flute player (often with feathers or antenna-like protrusions on his head), who has been venerated by some Native American cultures in the Southwestern United States. Like most fertility deities, Kokopelli presides over both childbirth and agriculture. He is also a trickster god and represents the spirit of music. }

          Amaro is the wisest of the wise. He never regrets any decision he has ever made and is perfectly confidant about it. For any advice at all, about anything, Amaro is your best kia to go to! He has the best advice, and sometimes, he’s a bit of a mind boggler. He’s got some pretty old term phrases up his ‘sleeve.’ ;3
          Other than being wise, Amaro is the most courageous kiamara I’ve ever met! He’ll go into anything with confidence and with such a strong purity; it’s just amazing. He is fearless! Amaro’s never scared of anything and isn’t afraid to take anything on, even if it’s twice or more than his own size. But, with his muscular build, he’s pretty scary himself!
          Amaro is very protective of everything he cares for. Especially his loved ones! No harm can ever really come to them because he always wards it off. Also, he’s protective of his very true friends! He’ll always be there for them. Amaro is the world’s guardian.
          Amaro is very thoughtful and very much grateful! He is very grateful of everything he has and has to offer in life! He never takes anything for granted and uses everything to its best use. Amaro, on the other hand, it thoughtful for the little, and best, moments in life. The world is just a giant rainbow!
          Amaro is a very relaxed kiamara; he never likes to worry because he knows that can cause stress, and that’s something he doesn’t want! He has learned, in time, to just go with the flow and just see where life will really take you. Enjoy the ride! Live life to the fullest, and forget all stress. C:
          Amaro is caring for everything! Everything down to the smallest ant. He cares for what happens to everyone and everything. He often keeps record as much he can without being overwhelmed. He cares for the earth, more than anything he knows. The plant that gave us all life, the one that keeps us alive, the one that cares for everyone that lives there. Amaro cares for everything. No matter what happens.
          If you ever need a shoulder to cry on, a crutch to keep you standing, anyone to cure your broken heart, Amaro will be there. He will always be there for everyone that is faithful enough to be there for him. Amaro is the one that constantly has a smile on his face, just to make others feel happy, even if he can’t make himself happy. He will stick with you until the very end. Amaro is there; forever.
          Amaro just goes with the wind. Rolls with the tide, enjoys the ride, floats with the wind, never to sin. (rhyming is amazing!) He just that type that doesn’t stay long; you never know his name, you never know his story.
          One with the wind.

        s t o r y . o f . t h e . w i n d s . c h i l d ;

          Amaro is the winds child. He’ll blow into town for one or two days, then leave unannounced. He’s a shadow that lurks the town, you hardly ever see him and then he’s gone with the wind. Such as the story goes.

          Amaro was always one to come and go. You never know his name, nor his story. You can hardly get a peep from him! You’ll see him stroll into town like ain’t nobody got nothing on him. You’ll see him in the shadows, dart his way around. You’ll see him for one or two days, then you’ll never see him again. Most call him the ‘winds child,’ but little do they know that he really is. Amaro senses when the winds arrive and blows through as fast as they do. And, once there gone, he is too. Trotting off into the late sunset, shadows casted behind him, never to look back.

          As much to my surprise, he arrived in my town, now to be settled in with a family. As he met me, I had a feeling we were meant to meet. And so we did. He joined my family and settled in quickly, but was ‘casted out’ by the others. Or so it’s said. He prefers to often spend his time alone, playing his native flute, waiting, wondering, when will the winds arrive? Or will they ever?

          Legend says, Amaro is gone with the wind.

Name of Kia: Dena (Native American for "Valley")
Gender: Female
What symbol is painted on the other side? a swirl, meaning waterhole.http://www.chickensmoothie.com/oekaki/i ... 1367279556

Dena's story:

Dena was playing at the watering hole happily. She was so busy leaping around trying to catch a lime green dragonfly, she didn't notice a human child hidden behind a rock, staring in awe. He walked up to her nervously and the beat of each step upon the ground woke Dena from her day dream. Turning around she saw him. She had never seen a human before and excitedly rambled up to him. They played with each other all day. Until Dena saw Ahawi, her mother trot up to her and nudge her to leave. Dena knew she wouldn't see the boy ever again. The boy went up to her and covered his hand in mud and pressed it gently against Dena's side. As Dena and Ahawi walked up the bank, the boy ran up and placed a mud swirl against Dena's other side. This meant waterhole, so Dena would never forget the time she had spent at the watering hole.

Motto: "Your heart is free. Have the courage to follow it."
