Favorite Memory: "My mom took me for a walk through the woods near our den. After a while the trees started to thin out and we came into town. I was confused and a little scared but I followed my mom and she took me to.......The reptile store!!! I couln'd beleive it! At first I thought we were going to the grocrey store, but she stopped in front of Scales & Tails and said 'Happy birthday, my little Angle!'. I just stood there, slack-jawed. Then it sank in: I was getting a lizard! A real lizard!! I ran in a circle and said 'Thank you!' a bazillion times. After a few minutes I finally calmed down enough to stand still and we went inside. After looking at the first few lizards by the door, I saw a Chinese Water Dragon. It looked almost exactly like my lizard plush! The store owner took him out and let me hold him. He was perfect!! 'Welcome to your new family Truse!' I said once my mom had filled out all of the paperwork and we were headed home.
That was the best day of my life, and I'll always remember it!"

Favorite Memory: It had been a nice, warm day, and as I lounged around in the tall grass of a sweetgrass field, I remember thinking, "I wish I had someone to share this with." But I was alone, or so I thought. As I played about, crushing the fragrant grass I stumbled, falling down the hill, tossing and turning, flipping tail over head. I felt so scared, afraid I was going to be hurt, before I was suddenly stopped. I peered up, looking from under my tail to see what had stopped me. To my vast surprise, it was a cougar!

I remember freezing, scared the big cat was going to try and eat me, but it looked at me with eyes so golden, and so curious. The cougar stood up, stretched, and gave my nose a long lick before it turned and disappeared into the tall grasses. All I could do was stare in amazement. I had come face-to-face with something much larger than I, and survived!

I remember feeling a vague sense of wary safety settle around me, and I hurried back home. Each day I returned to play in the field I would get that feeling, and I know he's out there, watching out for me. I know, I should be scared, but I'm not. I'll always cherish that memory, and the feeling he left in my heart. He's my guardian angel, in a cougar form!

Favorite Memory: When Sweet Bliss was very young, her family was very poor. She rarely ever saw a smile on her mother's face. Then one day, Sweet Bliss was trying to pry all the seeds off a strawberry and her mother came in a saw. She started laughing, and it was the most joyous sound Sweet Bliss had ever heard.

When she was younger (Or well the age she is now really) she used to play in her grandparents strawberry fields. Hana loved the fresh taste you get when eating a nice ripe strawberry right off the vine and oh how she loved the beautiful smell the blossoms released, she even adored playing hide and go seek among the endless rows of strawberries because she was particularly good at blending in with them. ;x But what really stands out to her as a wonderful memory was when she actually got to witness a strawberry blossom growing into full bloom right before her eyes, it seamed un-natural at first but she couldn't have been more amazed at the beauty once the little flower had opened it's petals to her. Since that day she loves to wear the blossoms in her hair and she can't get enough of the wonderful fragrances, tastes and utter beauty the strawberries and their blossoms have to give.

It was Spera's first day to the beach, she was so excited and couldn't wait to see the soft, yellow sand and light blue, cold water on this hot day. When she got there she raced down to the water to go for a nice deserving swim. After that she built the biggest sandcastle she possibly could with her parents help. She finished her sandcastle and was very tired after such a long day for a little Kia, her parents let her have her most favourite ice cream and then went home.

I chose the name Rhyme simply because her life is full of quotes. Her favorite one, though, is yesterday was history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift. Thats why its called 'present'.

A female… Well, don't get mad at me, but don't see a trace of male in there. I mean, the flower, the pink… everything is just to feminine.

I like to watch her get older and older. Maybe her flower will grow with her. That would be super pretty. She would just be the prettiest think when she is older.

∆ Favorite Memory:
She just remembers that she
loved her whole childhood.

Her whole childhood was perfect. Well, not perfect, but pretty good. She had a lot of family bonding time, and was daddy's little girl. If there was one thing she could remember, it would be the whole childhood. The reason I picked this is because it is different than everybody else's form, and I just though it would fit her. Here is an inside look on her childhood.

My eyes flickered open, and I realized that I was laying on the soft grass by my family. It was around mid-day, I assumed. We had just had a picnic, and I took a nap. Now, I was awake. All that moved around me was soft and sweet, like honey.

I felt my mother nuzzle and and groom my fur, which had been matted by the grass stains. I felt her breath in my ear and remembered all the wonderful things a mother could do. As I stood up, I yawned and waddled over to a tree. It wasn't just any tree, though. It was a beautiful magnolia tree. They were quite easy to climb, as I remembered. So, I did what any curious little child would do. I did climb it.

The tree softly swayed at the bottom. But when I finally made my way to the tippy top, the wind was much rougher. I looked down at my family and puffed out my chest. Look at me! I called down to them. I got cheers from my family, but they also told me to be careful. Its not like I wasn't. I was… Really. That whole time was the family picnic.



But there were other times I remember that were brilliant. I remember going down to my family friend's lake. It was really gorgeous there. It was a small house, next to a huge lake, which had little canoes hooked up on the shore. I went into one of the canoes in the middle of the night, thinking I could catch the moon. How silly I was! I could have tipped over, but my boat hit a rock that was jutting out in the water. Man, was I scared. But I slept there and in the morning my parents had to swim out there and get me. It was really funny. I guess my childhood was all fun and games. I wont ever forget it.

Name: Starling; when I first saw her, I couldn't help but think that her lovely markings looked like stars. Little golden flecks of light, spreading across a scarlet sunset...

Gender: Female - I agree, she looks like a girl.

PPS or growing: Growing; I want to see her look big and beautiful someday. I can already imagine a kind, gentle, shy baby Kia growing into a feisty, happy adult. Besides, the whole PPS thing is kinda sad to me...they never get to grow up!

Favorite Memory: When Starling was only two weeks old, her mum took her out to see the sunset. Starling gasped at the yellow and white stars freckling the sky, and asked her mum why her spots had flown away. Her mother, a kind and wise Kiamara, replied: "No, darling, your spots belong up there - but when you were born, they flew down to you. They landed on the sunset of your pelt, thinking it was the sunset of our sky, and will rest there forevermore. That's why I named you Starling; you're made of stars." From that day forward, Starling vowed to be as glowing, as bright, and as beautiful as the star-flecked sunset. And so far, she's lived up to that.
