history:
when Kizuato was younger, Mina & him went to their rooms to get some money for the candy shop down the road. Kizuato broke open his piggy bank, grabbing two dollars. he then got up, running to where Mina was. He grabbed Mina's paw, as they walked out of their home. As they walked, Kizuato noticed a strange white van circling them. It seemed wherever they went, it was there. Kizuato's fur began to stand on end, as he then began to run, Mina trying to catch up with him. Kizuato & his sister then turned the corner, seeing the candy shop in the distance. Kizuato paws burnt as he ran across the cement, looking over his shoulder to see the white van. He gasped as he then turned to see they were at the candy shop. He then picked up Mina, seeing she was struggling to keep up with her older brother. Kizuato then burst into the doors, hearing the usual clang of the bell that hun above the door. The sweet smell of candy washed over him, and he felt more relieved. Kizuato panted, as the cashier looked down at Mina & him. "Are you two alright?" he asked.
Kizuato sat down on the floor, still panting. He nodded, "Yeah..." he answered, as he looked up at the cashier who shrugged, cleaning the table top again. Kizuato looked over at Mina to see if she was alright, just seeing her looking at the candy, holding the money in her paw with a tight grip. Kizuato sighed softly, as he stood up, grabbing Mina's free paw. As they walked around, Kizuato kept looking out the window, watching for the van. After a few minutes, Kizuato settled down, feeling more comfortable. The cashier wouldn't let anybody hurt Mina or him. As soon as his eyes glanced out the window, the van was driving slowly down the street.
"Get down, Mina!" he whispered, hiding behind a shelf, holding Mina in his arms. As he heard the van go, he got up quickly.
"Mina, we NEED to go. We'll pay the cashier, & then bolt!" he said, running to the counter, holding Minas' paw as usual.
"Here," Kizuato said to the cashire, handing the man five dollars. Two dollars from him, three from his sister. Kizuato then grabbed the candy, running out of the door.
"Were taking another route," Kizuato whispered to Mina, not wanting to know if the white van was there or not. Mina looked at him curiosly, as he an to the right, a different route. As they ran down the street, he heard an engine running. Kizuato looked over his shoulder, his eyes widening. He saw the white van, hurrying down the street.
"Mina!" he yelled to Mina, who was running as fast as she could. Kizuato then stopped, running back for Mina, as the white van stopped, too. Kizuato picked Mina up, running as fast as he could, panting.
He turned to the left, seeing the bright lights of Japan lighting up there path.
"We'll be safe here!" he said to Mina, looking over his shoulder to see no white van.
Kizuato slowed down to a walk, hearing his sister panting.
"I'm so sorry for leaving you behind like that," he whispered, bending down to his knees to look at her.
Mina was looking at the ground. Kizuato hugged her, "Here," he said, giving her a couple pieces of candy.
He smiled as he seen her put one in her mouth. Kizuato stood back up, reaching down to hold Minas' paw. He looked around Japan, seeing taxies, arcades, food places. He breathed in the scent of noodles, with a smile.
"To bad I don't have any money to buy us some," he said.
He then felt a soft pull at his shirt. Kizuato looked down at Mina, who was holding up a five dollar bill. Kizuato smiled, "Thank you, Mina," he said, grabbing the five dollars softly from her paws. As they walked over to the noodle place, standing in line, Kizuato heard something familar...
He turned around, in disbelief as he saw the white van, two men jumping out of it.
"Oh no," Kizuato breathed, grabing Minas' paw. "Come on, Mina, no time for noodles!" he yelled, running down the street, trying not to run faster then Mina. He then looked in back of him. These guys were fast!
He then picked up Mina, "Spit out your candy!" he whispered, not wanting her to choke from all the bouncing of his running. Kizuato put his paw out, Mina spitting her candy into his hand. Kizuato has a plan. He turned around, throwing it at them.
"Take that!" he yelled, the candy hitting one of the guys in the eyes.
Kizuato smiled, running again. After about 20 minutes, they stopped running, panting. They were totally lost.
Kizuato shook his head, looking around. "This is bad, really bad," he whispered to himself. As they walked down the empty backroad, Kizuato didn't notice that there was a white van, driving behind them. He then heard Mina scream. Kizuato turned around quickly to see one of the guys grabbing her.
Kizuato had anger build up in him, "Mina!" he yelled, running at the guy, as another one grabbed him from behind.
Kizuato kicked him, but it was no use. "HELP!" Kizuato screamed at the topp of his lungs.
He then felt a pain in his head as he saw blackness...
Kizuato opened his eyes quickly, looking around. He tried to move, shout for Mina, but his mouth was tapped, and his hands were, too. He then moved his mouth, the tape slipping off.
"Mina! he yelled. He heard squirming from across from him.
"Mina! Thank Heaven that you're alright!" he said, relief sweeping over him.
He then remembered. He had a knife in his pocket.
"Aha," Kizuato whispered, taking it out of his back pocket, breaking the tape. He then went over to Mina, taking off the tape. Mina's eyes were full of glee as she saw her brother.
"Now, let's find a way out of here," Kizuato whispered, Mina nodding.
Ater about half an hour, Mina found a exit.
"Kizuato!" she whispered. Kizuato looked over at her. "Yes?" he whispered.
"I think I found an exit, Kizuato!" she whispered back.
He then ran over to Mina, feeling a doorknob. "Nice job, Mina!" he praised.
Mina smiled sweetly, as they exited - right into another room. At least it was light in here.
"Stay down," Kizuato whispered.
