I like royal or sapphire blue [that rich color], black, purple, electric blue, turquoise, and electric green occasionally c:
But just keep black as a base color c:
Stripes are cool, and the rest is totally up to your creative mind [i trust you wholeheartedly after seeing some of your adopts especially the ying yang xD]

But for your question, probably the colors more than the design, but I really did love the subtly of the colors against the black.
Just something not too feminine please; just as this design wasn't too feminine.
