I think this name fits him because his dark colors make me think of stabilty, and because his gems (brown) give him healing powers - it seems fitting that he puts away his own pains and complaints to heal others.

How I Became Stoic

I was born
In a time of war,
When everyone would come home worn.

They all said, "Don't complain!"
Then they'd scold me more,
Said I didn't know real pain.

So I shut myself away,
And all my pain I bore,
Eduring more each day.

It became easier to do,
over this time of war,
And it's something I'd never undo.

But black and brown dragon knows,
His ever-present being creeping subtly across the darkening skies.
He knows the facade of the seemingly harmless world,
And sees the death and disaster within.
