The meaning of my name is 'lovely'

I was born in the autumn nearly 5 years ago, under the willow tree. The air was cool and crisp, the wind was shifting slightly making my mother's mane and tail wave.

Kennocha is very stubborn, quint and appears innocent. She somehow gets herself into some interesting situations. Indeed she is lovely on the outside but she enjoys teasing BK stallions with her beauty.

Reason you want her: I think we all know how beautiful this mare is. I would love to have this beautiful mare because I don't have a lot of BKs. But mainly I think she would like my stallion Tenebrosi Eques (in my siggy). The moment I saw her I fell in love, she is unlike any other BK. I would be honored to own her but I understand if I am not chosen.

I love walking among the willow trees sounding the swamp that I call home. I like to sneak on baby kelpies and play with them. I will often flaunt in front of the stallions just for fun. I dislike the stallions that must have their way, I dislike it when humans invade my home.

She is so sweet and kind it makes my heart stop. She is gentle and playful with foals or young animals but is also responsible and like a leader to others as if they were in her own herd. She can be stern or snappy at times but would never hurt anyone on purpose. She is brave, willing to risk her own life for others safety.

I named her Tiger Lilly becouse she is like a flower. Her pesoanlity is like a flower to! Beautiful, ready to show you her best! Humble, will let you pick her without a fight. I guess all of us have to be honest. She is SO Beautiful! Everything about her makes you love her! Owning her whould be like owning the rarest jem! Who doesn't want her? It whould truly be an honer to own her! I love her so much and whould be the luckiest person ever to get her! I wish i could explain how much i want her! Somehow everytime i look at her she reminds me that beautie is not on the outside, but within.

She may look sweet and gently on the outside but that is just a disguise. On the inside she is entergetic and sassy. She will sometimes try and get the attention of the stallions by tossing her wavy mane and looking back at them with a childish look. She will neigh and trot about as if she was a show pony in a circus trying to get someone to notice her. There are rare occasions where she will just rather be alone then with anyone, she feels loneliness is a friend too.

She has a never unique pattern that stands out and makes her seem like the queen on them all.

When I was young, I was always going off on my own and some how getting myself in trouble. I would go around and sometimes bother the other adult kelpies with my childish and entergetic attitude. When around the other kelpie foals, I would prance about and show off how my patterns complimented my personality. The down side to this was that they would look at me like I was crazy and like they were trying to send me away for some odd reason. At moments like that I would spend my times alone or with my parents who would graze with each other. They would tell simple stories or jokes to each other, sometimes they would include me by nuzzling me or saying a few words but that was it.

I was getting older and I was getting to that point in my life where I became more solitary than normal. My mane and tail were starting to grow a tad more wavy which would bring my spirits up a little but not by much. I would wander around and look at all the small groups of kelpies through out the bayou, sometimes they would bring a gentle smile to my face but that was pretty much it. Sometimes I would wander by a pond and look at my reflection. I would take notice of how the brindle made the white splotches stand out more on my pelt. Some days I would lay under the trees that let a few rays of sunlight in and think about how my days when I was entergetic were the best.

Years had passed and I had finally brought my entergetic personality back into my life. My mane and tail were now very wavy and made me look a tad more prettier. I would wander around through out the many places in the bayou, the outskirts, the herd and through out the areas where the scattered groups where. Sometimes I would take notice of a few individual mares and stallions and decided to talk to them. I would start off simple and calm but after a few mintues, I'm back to my entergetic self and talking about the funniest things. I would giggle and laugh as I talked, noticing what the kelpie's expressions would be like, wondering what I was talking about. They could ask me anything, I was like an open book to anything and I was afraid to answer a few personal questions.

There was only one thing that could change my personality. When stallions are around, my sassy side shows more and more than normal. I had a weak spot for them, I would act more childish than normal and would somtimes to get their attention. There is a rare moment when I become some what shy and gentle, thats only when I meet a certain stallion. A stallion who could possibly be my future soul mate once we have grown close enough to that stage.

Reason you want her: Well, I currently do not have a Bayou Kelpie, but I am trying hard for the Gray Brindle Stallion that is currently up for adoption- and if I we, somehow, able to get them both, they would be the ultimate pair in my opinion. Beautiful markings that blend so well together. Even if it was just her- her curly mane, streaked paint markings- she's just like a beautiful mesh of perfections.
