Woo, done :3.
I'm actually quite proud of this.

To me, she is a siren of the sky because she has such a melodic voice.
The cutie mark is the symbol of a siren.

Added some accessories.
The feathers are from a Bar headed goose.
It is the highest flying bird c:.
