Hey guys~ So, recently been getting into the MLP fandom and all that and I really would love to have a pony character of my own. ^^ I've attempted a few times to make one, but...I'm really no good at it. (Always the mane and tail that gets me...)
So anywho, I'm reaching out to the fabulous artsy community here to ask if one of you could create a pony for me! (: You are free to enter this competition a maximum of three times.

1st Place
2nd Place
- Can choose any 10 pets and 10 items that I have (some pets excluded, will be discussed if this is chosen). -
OR
- Can choose one character from this group. -
OR
- Can have up to 3 art pieces done of any of their characters. My dA can be found here. -
2nd Place
- Can choose any 7 pets and 7 items that I have (some pets excluded, will be discussed if this is chosen). -
OR
- Can choose one character from this group. -
OR
- Can have up to 2 art pieces done of any of their characters. -
There will be a possibility for third place if I see another design I like.
Now, let's continue on with what I'd like and what I wouldn't like in the design:
LIKES
- Pegasus
- Light and dark colors together (like grey with light
blue or black with lavender, just to give examples
of combinations)- Natural colors
- Long manes and tails
- Wavy hair
- Accessories (lots!)
- Mystical
- Pirates
- Simple, yet elegant designs
- Steampunk
- Gypsies
- Nature
- Natural light colors (I'll accept something like
white, tan, and cream, or something like that.)- Evil designs (though I won't take emo, I do
like evil characters~)
DISLIKE
- Alicorns (too over-done)
- Neon colors (will ONLY accept if these are
small things on the design with a base color
that is black or something else very dark.)- Extremely emo
- Extremely girly
- Anything cow-boy related
- Overly-complex markings (or just too many)
- Completely made of bright colors (I'm fine with
some, but I don't want the entire pony to be blue,
yellow, green, and orange. Mix some darker colors
in there!)
As for talents, you are free to give your entry any sort of talent you'd like. But here's just a few things that I am highly interested in, if it gives you ideas for a talent or perhaps more inspiration for your design:
Animals
Singing
Theatre (both acting and the more technical side of it)
Computers
Drawing
Besides making a design and giving a talent/cutie mark, you are free to add anything else to your entry~ Whether it be a personality, story, whatever (I won't ask for art since you're already making this design itself). These may help to boost up your chances slightly of me picking your pony, though really the design is what ultimately will sway my decision.
If I do not pick your pony, you are free to keep it, sell it, adopt it off, whatever you decide to do! Doesn't matter to me.
