One day Inokuma or Snaffs was home alone. I want to adventure while im alone! She quietly walked to a forest, her parents had told her when she was young that the forest was scary and a little dangerous but she didn't care if it was dangerous at all. So now she was at the edge of the forest a warm breeze blowing through her fur, a nice summer day with that slight warm breeze everything peacful. She walked slowly into the forest. when she looked up there was a bird...Hawk and before her eyes the big bird swooped down and grabbed a mouse that she did not even see. In wonder she watched the hawk go to a tree and devour the tiny mouse, seeing that was horror to her so she ran away from the bird hoping it wouldn't grab her she was deeper in the forest. That part was dark, quiet, and scary. Suddenly a little squirell came walking past her and then she watched it go. Wondering where it was going InoKuma, followed it like a cat stalking it prey. She thought that this part of the forets was more relaxing and peacful rather than the first half of the forest. When it got dark Inokuma saw something light up in the corner of her eye and when she turned around she saw a little firefly fly around the tree and then it landed on her nose. Realizing it was dark Inokuma ran back home in a hurry so that she could go to bed early and watch the sun rise in the forest. The end x3

Just like her colors, Karana is bright, bubbly and crazy. She's always excited, and noticing new things around her! She loves to have fun, and be with other JBDs. Karana is very much still a kid at heart, she doesn't exactly act like an adult whatsoever. She's a bit weird, and definitely a dreamer and hurtful comments don't phase her one bit. She doesn't really care what others think of her, she just enjoys having friends but if they betray her she has a hard time trusting them again, and she's not very forgiving at all really.

Karana is also super clumsy, but she can keep herself calm at times though its hard to be serious without laughing. Sometimes Karana naffs can be a bit vain about herself, rarely does this occur as she doesn't she was should make herself perfect for someone else. Some people also might think she is annoying, and she is a bit of an outcast herself even though she has a few friends.

Story:
Karana sat her butt down on the turf of the cliff, looking out over the beautiful sea. By her side sat a handsome grey curly haired wolf, to her left a small hut. (More realistically, she was sitting on a rug in her room looking out the window with her stuffed dog and her playhouse to her side.)
She looked dreamily at the rising sun and the saltwater marsh in front of her owner's bay-view house. It was nice enough, it could've been better in her mind. But she did have a thatched roof over her head, and her own tropical themed room.

With a sigh of content, Karana padded over to her bamboo-framed bed with green sheets and set her stuffed dog on top of her yellow wool throw. She herself walked hurriedly through the strands of beads covering her door frame and ran down the zig-zagging ramp to the main floor. She then bolted across to the kitchen entryway and yelled, "I'm hungry! Can we make blueberry pancakes? Pleaaaaase?"

Her owner looked very serious as if deciding, then finally let loose a smile and replied. "I knew you'd ask, so I already made some. They're on the porch, get your own syrup though."
Karana dashed to the cupboard, grabbed out some fake maple syrup, and raced out the screen door with a large rucus.

After a large breakfast, the content bean went back upstairs and searched through her closet. Rummaging through her sundresses she finally found what she was looking for. A small yellow backpack that perfectly matched her fur. Karana tossed in some dried fruit, a fashionable pink water bottle, a tracker in case she got stolen by some scoundrel of a grave robber, suntan lotion, and finally her favorite stuffed dog; fondly named Seagull. After checking with her owner about exploring through the ancient jungle ruins(a small patch of wetlands chock-full of small and stagnant pools) she set off.

About 1 mile in the glade she hungrily whipped out the fruit. Good thing I brought 4 packs! After her stomach wasn't so grumbily she advanced towards a big pond with a rock outlook. It was rather inviting and looked so nice and chilled compared to the sweltering sun, she out and jumped into the water. As she swam up to the surface, gasping for air, she started to spit out water. Much to her surprise, out with the water came a little fish. Much like a green and yellow half-moon betta. Right as she saw it getting away to a thicket of waterweed, she went rampaging after it with her tail propelling her. With a fine swoop she caught the little devil with her paws and darted towards the surface. She hadn't noticed her lungs were near to bursting.

With the slippery fishy in her paws, she wondered what she would put him in. Aha! I have my slightly-seethrough water bottle! She unscrewed the lid with her mouth and plopped an unhappy fish into the cold water. After that, Karana bounced home and found a little octagonal tank that would hold her new pet. When she had went down to the beach to gather some sand, a fine piece of driftwood, and a cute shrimp she managed to keep alive for his friend, she plopped an extremely unhappy fish into the tank. After about an hour, Grumply soon settled into his home. All night, Karana stayed up watching her little pet.

I've been in the community for quite some time - dating back just a little before #200 was made. Which means that I tried for a lot here, and, winning only three. Since I'm very picky about competitions and designs, I rarely try out for any now, being on my last slot as well. But when you said Snaffs would be going up for adoption (one of my absolute favourite JBDs, which, unfortunately I was too late to try out for before) I had a heart attack. Snaffs, going up? I'd try no matter what the competition. And I could say I want her because she's one of my favourite JBDs. But no, that's what everyone says when they apply for a JBD. And I want to say something different.
So that's exactly what I'm going to do.

I want Snaffs because she's that bean I've been planning out in my head, ready to make a form. And here she is. She could be considered my dream bean in so many ways - the personality, design, everything. She's that blank canvas I need..to develop an amazing character, even with her set personality. Indifferent characters are my favourite. Unlike most, she's a dreamy, quirky bean who loves to laugh, a bean who is not just considered 'nice.' A bean, who could be amazing if developed properly.

A lot of people say her design clashes, or her colors aren't that great. But to me, she's perfect. The thing I've needed for so long..she's finally here. The one I've been waiting for.

▬ - - ♥ - - Snaffs acts much like a child and is such a big dreamer! She's got a very bubbly and joyful personality, but does have her ups and downs. Snaffs, on the other hand is very clumsy, and often trips over her own paws! She is very much indifferent, not having any concerns or anything. Last but not least, Snaffs is very unforgiving. You break your trust bubble with her, your going on her list.

▬ - - ♥ - - Snaffs acts very childish for her age! It’s what gives her that uniqueness and special quality that you don’t find very often! Her bright, playful colors bring out most of that personality and it’s good to have fun colors. Snaffs sure enjoys them just like everyone else does! Snaffs practically has the mind of a 9 year old or younger! But, she does straighten out and become mature and her age when needed. Otherwise, you’ll find her bouncing around and playing in her childish ways!

▬ - - ♥ - - Snaffs is a big dreamer! She loves to dream about her possible future, having a mate and beans, making new friends, exploring new places. She has a big imagination that she wishes to succeed in completing one day. Snaffs, more than anything, wants to adventure to the Hawaiian Islands and explore their magnificent lands, and relax on the beach side, soaking in the suns warming rays. Other than that, Snaffs wants to go site seeing and hiking in the tree-filled mountains.

That doesn’t break her spirit one bit! She picks herself right up and continues on like nothing ever happened! It’s great to see her continue on, blocking out embarrassment and staring eyes. She strides along like she never tripped and fallen. She beams with happiness and continues out with her exciting day!

▬ - - ♥ - - In life, Snaffs doesn’t have very many concerns or questions. She just loves to embrace what’s given to her, whether it’s good or bad. For anything good, Snaffs just goes with the flow and enjoys the every second of the ride. For the bad, Snaffs just pushes herself through it, like it’s not even there! Unless, it’s so bad, she’ll quickly come to a resolution and gets on with her life.

▬ - - ♥ - - When you break Snaffs trust bubble, have fun trying to get back, because you either will in time or never again. She, in general, is very unforgiving. When Snaffs really trust you, she means it! You can’t break that trust! It could ultimately ruin your entire friendship, or worse. When you keep and promise, always keep that promise, cross your heart and swear to die! Don’t break that promise or trust bubble! Snaffs takes this very seriously, and it could lead to bad things if you don’t follow through.

It was bright, spring morning in early May. Snaffs stepped out onto the dew glistened grass, feeling its cool touch send chills through her body. She smiled, feeling very alive and excited. Snaffs started off towards the forest, the branches strung with fresh, green leaves. She padded into the forest, feeling the soft padding of fallen leaves and needles. Snaffs carried on, exploring the unknown part of this enchanted forest. Or so she believed.

The sun soared high in the bright blue sky, sending its rays through the leaves, making patches on the forest floor. She began to get more and more excited! With a little bounce in her step, Snaffs dashed away into the forest, in the pursuit of happiness. Further along, Snaffs didn’t see a steep hill in time and fell over the side, rolling head-over-heels the whole way down. Crashing through overhanging lichen covering, Snaffs blinked the haze away, finding herself cloaked in shadows. She scrambled to her paws and peered out into the light. A beautiful cove of sun-rich flowers, lushes grasses, and glimmering ponds lay out in front of her. Snaffs gaped, flabbergasted.
She has never seen anything more beautiful!

Snaffs bolted from the shadows, bursting into the warmth of the sun, feeling it seep into her fur. She frolicked through the grasses, prancing through the flowers, plowing up billowing piles of their sparkling pollen. Snaffs, then, dived into one of the ponds crystal clear water. She opened her eyes to this new underwater world, seeing colorful fish and little turtles swim past her very eyes. She swam through the water, feeling its soft touch on her skin, making her relax for once in her life. She swam towards the surface and floated on her back. Snaffs had found her own secret paradise.

Twilight was approaching and Snaffs could already see the twinkle of stars pop into the sky. She had spent the rest of her evening in the abandoned, little white cottage towards one of the larger ponds. A trail ran from the back of the house, winding its way through the grasses and flowers, to the dock and into the pond. She trailed back through the forest, towards home, the images of her day played out in her mind. What a wonderful day it was!

Snaffs returned home, closing the front door softly behind her. She tiptoed her way across the house and to her room, where her pet cat, Kitty, greeted her with a soft meow. Snaffs smiled, and then quickly washed up for bed. She clambered into bed, Kitty by her side quickly coiling herself up into a tight ball, and fell into a deep sleep. Snaffs dreams were filled with happiness of her day, playing her day through and through. The next day would bring just another great adventure!

Sunlight swam through the blinds and Snaffs fluttered her eyes open. She jumped out of bed, sending Kitty charging with panic, out of the room and down the stairs. Snaffs giggled softly as she ran and followed after her.

After breakfast, Snaffs left the house and traveled into the forest again, towards her special hideout. On the way, she met her friend, Eliza, picking flowers in a nearby clearing. Snaffs smiled and went over to greet her.
“Good morning, Eliza! Why are you out so early?” She asked the bean.
“Hello, Snaffs! Just thought I come and pick some fresh flowers while there still here.” She replied with a smile. Snaffs nodded, and began to leave the clearing when she felt a tug on her tail. She turned to see Eliza gazing up at her.
“Where you going, Snaffs? Can I come?”
Snaffs thought for a moment.
“Sure! But, where we’re going, you must keep a secret. Got it?”
Eliza nodded her head and followed Snaffs into the undergrowth.

Snaffs reached the overhanging lichen entrance and swooped inside. Eliza right on her heels. Snaffs stopped and felt Eliza bump into her back, falling to the ground. She turned to help the bean up, but she had already hopped to her paws and strode into the clearing.
Snaffs chuckled and followed behind the proud young bean.

Eliza gasped with surprise.
“T-this place is… beautiful! Oh my goodness, Snaffs!”
“Remember, don’t tell anyone!”
Eliza replied with a flick of her tail and dashed off into the grass.

Snaffs bounded into the little cottage, and continued where she has left off. She peered into the bedrooms and looked into the kitchen. She knew that with a little elbow grease, she could restore the unique cottage.

Snaffs padded into the backroom and found leftover supplies and pulled them out. She carried them into the kitchen and sat them down on the old, wood floors. Immediately, she got to work, clearing out the house and setting down newspaper and cloth. Snaffs worked the entire day away, until, she had finished painting the whole inside and outside of the cottage. Since it was small, and she was fast, she quickly pulled it off. Eliza padded in, gazing at her work.
“This looks fantastic, Snaffs! I’d be glad to help with the rest.”
And with that, they set to work, finishing the rest in the dim light of firefly jars. Once done, they stepped back to admire their work. Snaffs rapped her arms around Eliza.
They, both, knew they were going to have many fun-filled, adventurous days ahead.♥

▬ - - ♥ - - I’ve been around in the JBD community since last July; right at #250. Let’s just say, I know what I’m doing and I do it right! I’ve lost many completions and suffered much heartbreak, but I pull through and find what is really meant for me. I came across my JBD, Dustin, on September 23rd. I knew he was the perfect one for me; he was going to start my family. And he did just that! I welcomed him as the first, and most precious, member of the family on October 28th! I was overjoyed and stunned that I had actually won! It was a dream come true! I felt so honored that Patches101 and her guest judges and rested this handsome beans life in my hands. It was such a great day; nothing could ever destroy that moment.♥

It’s been awhile since I first won Dustin, and I’m more than ready to take on a second bean! I’ve tried for a few, but they never worked out. A little disappointed, yes, but I have overcome that when Snaffs was put up for adoption! Ever since I first saw Snaffs I knew she was the one. I clicked on her adoption page, only to find out that she had already been adopted! I was truly devastated. Ever since then, she has been one of my ultimate dream beans, wanting to, possibly, own one day.
Now, that day has arrived and I want to do all I can.

Dustin, himself, has wanted another family member for quite some time! Ever bean that I have come across looked like the perfect match, but ended up not being. But, that’s okay! That doesn’t put a dent in mine or his spirit! We know that, one day, the perfect bean would come to us. Again, that day has come for me and Dustin!

In general, Snaffs bright colors practically bring out me! She represents me in a lot of way unimaginable!

I’m kidding! But, Snaffs is the true personality in me, and her bright colors and fun attitude present me.
She’s like that dragon version of me in real life!
