Hiccup is still the owner, and we follow her rules unless there's a reason to make a change. I've asked the staff from now on that with a contest where a friend or other staff member is involved we add an impartial judging panel just in case. Some artists already do so but it might not be completely across the board. Hopefully that will eliminate any feelings of judging being biased [I don't know who helped Apple judge this].

I understand you guys are disappointed but I hope the addition of the RU has helped ease things. I will make sure that any contests in the future which pose a prospect of bias in them will be judged by a selection of users as well as myself. I hope this will make sure that this type of disappointment and upset doesn't happen in the future.

I had to pull out of this contest due to time, so unfortunetly I did not get the chance to participate, but I would still like to congratulate Kiley. The art you did yourself was stunning, and I really loved your story! You are extremely deserving of this jellybean dragon and please do not let anyone tell you otherwise.

This jellybean is going to a GREAT home you guys, lets not be ticked off and lets congratulate Kiley... How do you think all of these comments are making her feel!? How would YOU personally feel if you won this JBD and people were making those comments about YOU winning?!?! I bet you would feel HORRIBLE. Kiley is a person just like you or me, and behind that online account named Koiley, in front of a computer screen is a REAL person with REAL feelings, and your rude comments? I cannot speak for her myself, but if this were happening to me? I'd be close to tears.

She deserves this jellybean dragon just as much asany of you, she put a lot of time and effort into her form and drawings... There will be other Jellybean Dragons, and while this one was very pretty and I love it a lot, it IS going to a wonderful home with Kiley.
