It's gotten her into a couple of tight situations, actually, where she's had to think of different ways of getting down from where she went up (such as crawling out through a window or calling the fire department).This is why Quenna lives in a one-floor house, for she can't even imagine going downstairs without getting absolutely freaked out about it!
