Midnight Dragon.
Hello there, I'm Midnight Dragon. I made my name in honor
of my passion for the night and darker colors, especially
navy blue and indigo. I also love the night sky, dark, alluring
and mysterious. As well as that, I am a fan of fantasy and
alternate realities. Dragons may very well be my favorite
fantastic creature, and I have loved them ever since third
grade. The period is my statement of formality and...well,
it's not a complete sentence without punctuation, is it?

Vanilla-Velvet Yvette
I chose this name because when I first saw her, I instantly saw
an image of a large red velvet cake, drizzled with creamy vanilla
glaze and sprinkled with red and pink heart shaped sprinkles. Hey,
I was hungry. I immediately began brainstorming a name for her,
and believe me, it was all I could think of today and last night. I
spent a long time, brainstorming about twenty names at a time,
then narrowing it down to one or two options, but then finding
small flaws in them. I really wanted a feminine, graceful, and
somewhat food-related name. At first, I wanted something either
French or Latin, or maybe Russian. Bur eventually, my mind
went back to the red velvet cake thought. I decided to name
her Vanilla-Velvet, since Vanilla Red Velvet is too long, and
I love the double letters. It seems to graceful and flowing to
me.
After I formulated her first name, I needed to think of a last
name, or a second name. I had fulfilled my food name part,
but I still wanted a name relating to French. I remembered I
had always liked the name Yvette, because that's one of my
friend's French name [don't ask]. I loved how graceful and
beautiful it sounded, and I thought, why not? So, therefore,
Vanilla-Velvet Yvette was born.
She has nicknames, though, as most of us do. They are Van,
Vanilla, Vanilly, Nilla, Velv, and Vee-Vee.
"Yes, that is quite a lovely name, no?"
