Name: Atlas
Memory: When Atlas was a colt, he could remember the sound of the birds just waking and the leaves falling on the ground. He stood on his long legs, and winnied softly at the beautiful sight before him. The sun was set just right, painting the sky red and orange and yellow. There was even a hint of pnk. That was his first real sunset, and one of the most beautiful things he had seen. Walking into the clearing, he saw his mother and father not far away, tails wisking in the wind as they rubbed their noses together.
He bounded over to them, a big smile on his face. They returned it, and they all stood together in a comfortable silence, as a family. The day would always be remembered in his mind, but he would be plaiged with what happened after. Two winnies broke out. Danger! Run! Atlas was hustled away from the heat, the giant flames licking and curling in the sky. The yellow orange and red colors cast a shadow on him, frozen in fear. Only his dad survived then, and he wishes he could have saved her to this day.

Name: Padfoot (after Sirius black)
Memory: he remembered seeing griffins flying free and occasionally he saw a Pegasus or two. But one day it was different, he saw a huge winged beasts he had never seen before fighting with the griffins and Pegasus's. his mother rushed to him telling him to hide in a nearby cave, he ran with her to safety and asked his mother what the winged beasts were. She sighed "I was hoping to wait until you were old enough to go on your own but I guess I should tell you now." He waited wondering what could be so scary that she wanted to wait to tell him about. "It all started a thousand years ago" she began. "When the griffins and Pegasus's went were the pleased-" "but don't they do that now?" Padfoot asked interrupting. "No" she replyed and continued the story. "We all fought over the fish and grass of the land because they grew more delicious here then anywhere else. Then the dragons came, killing all they saw" Padfoot opened his mouth to speak but she gave him a stern look that told him to wait until she was done. The roars of pain and anger could be heard from outside the cave. "The griffins and Pegasus's became ally's to drive the dragons away, and they have watched over this land so we would all be safe from the dragons, but every hundred years the dragons came back to try and kill their favorite food, the taiga's. we would hide with our young while the griffins and Pegasus's would fight them off. The only thing they asked for in return is fish for the griffins and grass for the Pegasus's, we agreed and so here the dragons are again." She finished. "But everyone said the dragons were a myth." He said "they said that to protect the foals from running off trying to go kill one" she replyed. Padfoot looked outside as dragons, griffins and Pegasus's fell dead.
Over the years Padfoot grew old enough to leave his mother and be on his own. He always remembered her story as he killed dragons and helped the griffins and Pegasus's keep the land safe.

Name: Shale
Memory: Dimly he watches in his mind's eye a free spirited, nearly black colt race his mother through the woods that were his father's back then. He can still remember her sweet whinny, the cry of joy and freedom that escaped her throat as she played with her son so long ago. The brilliant, pure white of the snow about them both in the pleasant meadow that they had burst into can still be recalled vividly.
"Come along, Shale." she had murmured, so lovingly, guiding her son back the way they had come, back to Shale's father's forest.
She'd led him along a stream and had teased him by saying she was going to trip and push him in.
"No!" he'd squealed half anxious, half giggling. Mother wouldn't really push him in... he was pretty sure.
"No, I would never lead you to danger." she agreed, the spark of mischief fading in her eyes to be replaced by motherly love.
"You'll always remember that?" she'd asked.
It was that rarely seen serious turn of expression, the glint of a promise that would always be kept, that imprinted this lovely memory on Shale's mind forever.
"I'll remember." he had replied quietly, a feeling of calm reassurance steeling over him.
That reassurance has never left him, for Shale has been guided by his mother ever since through the connection his horn provides him, and he trusts her guidance without question.

Name: Dovahkiin
Memory:
When he was a colt, Dovahkiin raced along the mountains, the fuel for the energy could be found in his own little world. His daydreams of royalty and medieval roots were founded upon his discovery of a castle far up the mountain. Standing on the flat cobblestone of the lookout tower, he visions himself as a Prince of Noble Blood that rules the land with a steady yet firm hand. As he strutted around the castle, head and tail high as his crystalline horn glistened in the low lights, nodding to old suits of armor adorned with sharp swards and maces as he made his way toward the highest point of the castle. As he stood out in the chilled wind that whipped through his short mane, he stared up at the ebony sky sparkling with millions of stars for as far as the eye could see as though they were diamonds set upon a soft layer of black velvet. He fell asleep upon that tower, dreaming of conquering the land for his beloved followers and being an adorned hero.
