Maybe it belongs to one of the Kitties here? Then, you see a small Kitten. He is white with a monocle and a..mustache? Funny, it seems all that's missing is a little ha-. The Huggy Bug Flitters under the hat and hovers just under it. You let go of the tiny top hat and it falls perfectly a top the little one's head. Now you notice the Kitty's card. "Feeling Fancy?"
