For what Purpose?
Well let's just say that humanoid/ Anthro characters have always intrigued me. Needless to say such species are rare here on CS so when I saw the Karthean Adopts about a month ago I was suitably interested. However at the time none of the avalible caught my eye. So I simply waited. Then this guy showed up.
What intrigues me about this one is not only his tattoos (One of which is very similar to the Healer Tattoo you described) but also his cloak which leads me to believe that he could possibly want to hide his hair length. Though the reason I wish as yet to keep hidden.

Should you choose me to own this lovely character he will be the subject of many pictures and sketches as I am currently trying to develop my mastery of drawing humanoids or Anthros. Unfortunately to be perfectly honest I can not promise a place on a character site since I currently have none. The way I remember to draw and love all my characters is simply by memory.
You see, what I prefer about proper forms is that you get to develop the character and therefore you remember them.
So although he shall not be appearing on a character site you can be well assured I will not forget about him.

A Story
The rain pelted down hard on the small lonely shack. There seemed to be very little holding the building up and it seemed as if it were about to be blown away on the smallest gust of wind. Inside though it was easy to see the flickering light of what must have been a lantern, defying the choking darkness that surrounded it. There seemed to be no other civilization in sight however as the thunder struck with a terrifying roar two shapes began to become visible on the horizon.
Within a few minutes the two adult Karthean had approached the shack, both soaked to the skin and shivering, though the climate was almost constantly warm a quiet chill had crept through the air as if sensing the fear and sadness that hung over the building. One was wearing simple much mended clothes, it's silvery hair was unnaturally short and ragged as if it hadn't been treated properly, such was the description of exiled ones. The other however was covered by a light cloak, thin and light enough to be no trouble during the warmer times though it offered little protection against the weather.
As the two pushed inside the hut the words of the exiled were suddenly audible,
"Your the only one I could find who would help us. Please Aventk'ee, she is very sick. We don't have much but-" The Karthean was cut off by the cloaked one who raised a hand and gave the other a gentle toothless smile,
"Don't worry my friend. I do not care why your hair is short nor why you live far from the sea. I am a healer and so that is what I do. I require no payment." He replied gently, moving over to the only piece of furniture in the room, an old rusty metal bed where lay a barely conscious female Karthean to whom the male was obviously bonded.
It took only moments for Aventk'ee to examine the female, it seemed she had a rather common ailment and something that was so easily cured in society however out here he knew that she would not have lasted long. Turning to the male he looked at him with calm gentle eyes,
"Do not fear, she will be well."
