Story:
One day as Maxwell was sitting in his secret place.(A.K.A his club house.) As he went over his thought to be fake map he rolled it up and placed it in his travel pack. Floating down gracefully he packed some and set out on his adventure. As Maxwell started to trot through the woods humming his favorite song by One Direction. Max started to dodge trees and low branches as he got farer and farer into the woods he saw a rabbit.
" Nature is the best." He smiled happily and continued. *several songs later* Maxwell looked around the city and cautiously ran across the street dodging cars and bicycles. After being yelled at by angry citizens he finally escaped the noise city into the calmer part of town. Maxwell smiled in awe as he saw a factory before frowning slightly. " Darn this is Pepsi not Coca-Cola." He said and continued on his journey before he knew it a mean looking stray dog was growling at him. Max stepped back and looked at the dog. " Down boy." He said calmly looking the dog in the eyes. The dog shrugged and disappeared into the nearby brush. Max started getting tired of walking so he flapped his wings until he was over the trees. Max cheered to himself as he neared the Coca-Cola factory and swooped down. As he touched the ground he walked to the abandoned factory. Max stood on his hind legs to push the doors open but they didn't budge. "What the heck?" . He said trying again."Need some help?" Asked a huge rat with a ring of keys of all shapes, sizes, and colors." No I do not need any help I can do this myself." He said before trying to kick it open." Ok I need help, what's it going to cost?" Maxwell asked the rat." Well what's in the fanny pack of yours?" The rat asked spinning her keys. "Food." Max replied bluntly. "Well how about two paw fulls of food and I'll give you the key to this place?" The rat suggested taking the key off of the chain. " Fine, Only two." He said taking out a Twinkie."This should fit in your giant paws." He said ask the rat gave him the key. "Nice doing business with you sir." The rat said scurrying off into the brush. Max went back to the door turning the large bronze key and walked in. After searching for hours he opened a can of Coca-Cola and drank it happily. Max coughed as he almost swallowed something that wasn't his drink. Spitting it onto his law he let out a shriek of happiness." Oh yeah I found my great grandfather's owner's father's long lost silver ring!" He cheered before jumping off the convertor belt and returning home.

Kowa ran, faster than he ever did before. He had to get there first, he would get there first. All the JMD's waited every year for this, and every year there was a different prize. Kowa was so close, he could see the victory. He was the new winner... CRUNCH! He had crunched an old soda pop can, and fell to the ground. He watched the winner cross the finish line. He gets up, and brushes of his knees. There goes the prize. This year, the prize was a key on string. To what? Nobody knows. He watched as the winner received his prize. The man who gave out the prize, said to the winner "Only the true winner will reveal the magic." He had no idea what the man meant by this.

Kowa sat at the finish line the next day, as the winner walked by. He disappeared into the forest. Kowa decided to follow him. The winners name was Key. Go figures. Key walked up to an odd-shaped tree, and chanted "Oh hear me, as i chant these words. Reveal the magic to me, and show me the way." Kowa stood behind a tree, hiding. The tree opened, a little passageway. Key walked in, then the door disappeared. Kowa stood there, in disbelief. He then saw Key appear again, and throw the key necklace to the ground. Key then thundered of, muttering something. Kowa quickly grabbed the key necklace, and put it on. The key glowed, then the glow disappeared rapidly as some other JMD's came walking onto the forest.

Kowa then ran, home to his room. He thought about what happened, not understanding. The man who gave out the prize, was old. and he gave out a key necklace, and said something about magic. That didn't mean anything, did it? The next day, Kowa returned to the forest, where Key disappeared. He went up to the tree, and chanted the words Key did. "Oh hear me, as i chant these words. Reveal the magic to me, and show me the way." The key glowed again. The tree door opened, and Kowa entered. There was a magic feel to it. The key still glowed, as he walked further. He then came to a big golden door, and he stopped. The key glowed deeper, and the doors opened. Kowa saw the man that gave out the prize, and he stopped in his presence.

Kowa took a deep breath. The man spoke. "Welcome, Kowa." Kowa answered. "How do you know my name?" "Hush Kowa, do not speak." The man said. "I am the guardian of magic. I keep the hidden treasure that has been lost for many years." Kowa stood there, looking up at the man. "Spirits of the sky, I bring to you the holder of the Golden Key." The man bellowed. The sky changed, and appeared a beautiful light coloured female JMD. "Welcome Kowa, I am the spirit of the sky. I see you have the Golden Key. I reckon you won the race." She said. "Actually, no, i didn't." Kowa answered.

"You didn't?" The spirit said. "How did you enter the Golden Doors?" "I... The key started to glow, then they opened." Kowa replied. "I see." answered the spirit. "Then you are the true holder of the key, the one we have been waiting for." Kowa couldn't believe his ears. "We thought you perished thousands of years ago. But here you are." Bellowed the spirit. "I grant to you by the power of destiny, the Silver Ring." A silver ring appeared on Kowa's toe, then a golden symbol appeared on his forehead. "You are now the keeper of silver magic and the golden key." The spirit said, disappearing into the sky. The man disappeared as well, and Kowa took his place. "I am the keeper of silver magic and the golden key." Kowa whispered to himself."I am the keeper of silver magic and the golden key!" Kowa bellowed to the sky.
