Jay's Flight, but he likes to be called Jay, JJ, or Mercury for short!
Jay wrote:Yes, but I tend tolove Mercury instead of Jay or JJ, so can you please call me that? I wouldn't want to be rude, so I hope you don't mind my asking....
He found the feathers in a blue jay nest when he was climbing a tree as a child. He was curious, and grabbed them. One day, he lost them.He serched everywhere, and was heartbroken! After about a year of misplacing them, a bean he had been crushing on forever(JBD #334) found them inside a tree trunk. He had stuck them in there one winter, when the squirrel family who had been living there moved out because it was getting to crowded. EVer since then, he's worn the feathers, and resists taking them out. He also can't think straight, or talk right when around the beautiful bean who returned his precious feathers to him. They also help him remember the eaier times he had as a child, since being an adult is so much moe stressful, with more responsibility. Even though he's modest, h doesn't like working. He keeps his feathers close to remind him about his young, easy life, and they help him know that after a hard day of working and responsibility, he will be able to go home a be care-free, as long as he gets on bed on time.
Mercury wrote:Yes, it's true. I guess you could say it's like Romeo and Juliet, but I honestly don't know if she likes me back. We've been friends ever since I can remember, and I can be very shy. I hope one day she'll understand, and I pray to the good Lord that she doesn't think I'm a freak for stutteringwhen we talk!
Mercury is very kind, and has extremely polite manners(As you may have noticed). Although he may seem boring and overly-modest at first, he is very fun-loving! He cares for his feathers like a baby bean, but if he had a child of his own, he would put family first, feather second. He loves playing games, and is a riddle-freak. He's also an outdoor guy, and couldn't live without the tree he calls "The Jay Tree", since that's where he found his accesories in the first place! It's in his backyard, and his favorite color is blue.
Mercury wrote:Very true, but you left out one important detail! I may be a calm and modest bean, who also love fun, but you didn't really mention I'm a family bean. I'm very social, and can feel lonely if I don't have anyone to talk to.
